when I did the numbers for this! it was mostly to focus on getting that lat raise up. I know I can push a whole lot more on but I'm trying to keep it simple and remember that this isn't a super heavy routine I'm running. the growth is way more important, the the heavy sets are built to maintain for the whole Workout. a few things switch up and managed to get Standing barbells up to 405.
