The dumpling and porridge looks 🤤 Hollow dumplings and the marinara question had me rolling. 😂 I am a new NICU night shift nurse. I start soon. I’m nervous because it it critical care and it’s nights. Smh. May God be with me.

I love the index card idea! In my med surg position, I’d use the SBAR sheets the unit secretary would print. Now in NICU, in expect about 3 patients. The cards are a great way to keep things compacts. Any reading resources to give me a head start on learning?

I mostly educate myself via KZfaq videos/lectures. And so my boss has recommended some NICU books from Amazon. I def have to go out of my way to find material.

They send you home a lot most hospitals keep nurses working with covid. This this count against you?

I wouldn’t call 2 times a lot… but I don’t have covid, or any other infectious process. No, it doesn’t count against me. 🤍
