I saw something another youtuber did for their convention display where they illustrated grasses and plants in their art style, printed them out onto some sort of extra thick glossy cardstock (or signboard) and had them around their displays to match their signage. It felt like you were in a little cartoon garden. Instead of adding faux plants around your sign, what if you did some large illustrations of your work and added them around your studio sign, almost like bumblebutt and their friends are being brought to life in a way. I think it'd be yet another great way to show your art and your brand.

A little tip for curtains for the tables - I buy cheap duvet covers like from Asda etc much cheaper than curtains, just have to add curtain tape or expanding curtain rods. Also if you want your Katnipp neon sign pink or warm white - thin some acrylic paint until it is watery and paint it on the outside, works well.

Great that you implemented the idea to sell your offcuts - I have a Cricut Maker and use a lot of small pieces of vinyl so I'll certainly buy some - I always keep mine but when I only need a small piece and don't have offcuts left, I really hate starting a new large sheet just for a small corner of it. Sign looks great - I have a 3D printer (SLA) to make sure I never need to buy standoffs or brackets again. You can get one for little over £200 and it can pay for itself in no time. I do have other uses for mine, admittedly, so it does see a lot of use, but there will be lots of uses, both at home and at work. I recommend that you look into it.

Ikea sells a room divider curtain wire so you can run a wire just under the edge of the counter top and use any curtain with the grommet style hole at the top. I've used cotton drop cloths dyed to match my decor. Drop cloths are soooooo cheap and easy to dye.

I love the hydrangea mat. Just an idea we used sheets we made into curtains and held it up with a curtain wire and hooks like you’d use for nets.

Flat sheets are good for making 'cheap' curtains

I actually do like the little white shades underneath the tables, but absolutely understand that they feel a bit.. wonky hah! That said though regarding pink curtains, I'd say... if you have a fabric store nearby and find some nice pink material and are able to make your own curtains with a sewing machine, you can save a lot of money that way to be able to have the curtains you'd like. It is what I've done for more than half of the rooms in my house and definitely prefer finding a pattern or color I like and making them the way that I desire. Plus you can have fun with the way you attach the material to either curtain rods or other fixture beneath the table edges. It's so lovely seeing how awesome the studio is coming! And as for characters, I think it'd be hilarious to see the sour boiz and the cats playing 'toss' with them across one of the walls! Also, thank you for sharing things regarding your mood board. I've been trying to decide on how I want to do some organizing of things for my brain that's different from my own way of said organizing. So thank you for that. Can't wait for the blue hydrangea range and then... the Halloween and holidays!! Squee!!

As someone who has tried to drill through acrylic before, I know how easily it cracks. I was nervous when you started trying to drill your sign….I think your drill was trying to warn you away when its battery was low and the correct bit size couldn’t be found😜 Glad you found a different solution because that sign looks great! I have been enjoying your hydrangeas and Bumblebutt June illustration in your calendar, so it was fun to watch you expand the design for a mousemat. I’m very tempted to buy it, but I don’t use a mousemat and I am not a gamer so I can’t yet think of another use🙁

I think the bottom half of the wall should be pink and have the characters go on the top from the winter to fall themed ones like a wrap around(?) if its not too much but I think it would definitely look cute for your studio since a lot of your characters are seasonal themed!

For your desk area you can use your game mats for inspiration and make walls designs to coordinate with the mat on the desk! I know how you like to set up your area all cozy and themed ❤

The hydrangea range looks amazing~! Perhaps for the curtains instead of paper you could do something like semi transparent lace curtains or organza style kitchen window curtains? Daiso has these adorable ones I use to cover my shelves but they're just transparent enough I can still see where everything is?

Love how the studio is progressing; all the awesome things you can do on the HUGE fancy printer, he he. I love the look of enamel pins but I have no use for them and feel bad to get them just to collect, however, I LOVE using paperclips, and I've seen several small businesses doing Enamel Paperclips. Now a paperclip can be used for TONS of things and you get to look at it all the time on your journal, diary, work, letters, paperwork etc etc; oh and shopping list to keep your list attached too those highly necessary coupons/vouchers to get your money off (espesh' at Mozzies where I shop, he he). What my teacher used to do is tape the ends to create a false Vinyl to trick the machine, that way she didn't waste her Vinyl, might work for you
