Thanks for your transparency. I love the Metallica shirt. There's a song they have called "Fade to Black" that's about depression...people see it as a dark song, but it can help in bad days as a reminder that others can relate to the negative feelings we experience. We're all in this life together. I've been using the book "30 Days to Reduce Anxiety" by Harper Daniels to practice mindfulness meditations, that's been working a lot.
