Four endless happy days in Sherwood Forest with the gang!
Just before the new 'rule of six' came into play, we managed to escape for a long weekend away to one of our favourite places.
It was four days of pure escapism from the madness of 2020: everything felt totally normal for a few days, and it was bliss. We laughed constantly, spent time relaxing in the hot tub with drinks, and had our cute little squad members for entertainment!
I didn't vlog quite as much as previous trips in a bid to just de-stress and enjoy myself, so if you would like to see an example cabin tour etc then I will link my other videos below.

We go in September (golden oak) and I specifically asked for a cabin facing the forest, we went to Thetford about 7 years ago and loved it.

Your vlogs alway make me smile and the constant banter has me cracking up! Alex is definitely the snappy dresser of the bunch 😉👍! I wish you could have included Dudley's welcome home snuggles on video!

Cool cabin i might look into that, i used to go mountain biking at sherwood pines, hit a tree on the red route😆 👍

Haha! Yeah, the menfolk usually do segway or biking, but babies are slowly taking over our group. I'd definitely recommend the Forest Holidays cabins - they're on the same complex as Sherwood Pines, too. 👌🏼

Hi! It was a Silver Birch. We've stayed in Golden Oaks before and we didn't find any real difference apart from a few details like robes and slippers in the main bedroom. 🙂

Sorry! I've just realised that I got confused with my own vlogs 😂. This one WAS a Golden Oak. It was our latest visit that was the Silver Birch. So sorry! They are lovely cabins, and at Sherwood Forest you're right amongst the trees. 🙂
