just an fyi! food sensitivity tests have actually been shown to be quite inaccurate (usually they just pull what you've recently been eating or eat most often) so do your research before - just don't want you cutting out foods you love when it may be you're not actually intolerant to them but you know your body best :)

Hiii! I’ve been watching your videos for quite some time and have followed along your health journey! I had similar autoimmune symptoms (skin rash, scratchy throat, inflammation) and went to a functional medicine doctor. They suggested a Low Histamine Diet and I was able to find my food sensitivities (avocados, bananas, some nuts). After a couple weeks of the Histamine cleanse, I was able to slowly incorporate foods back in to my diet. I highlyyyy suggest looking into it & hope this helps:)
