I honestly like to use the app Nike run because you can choose a program adapted to your physical level and you can also choose to run with a coach to guide you. That helps me a lot because the coach keeps reminding you how to breathe, your posture, etc etc 😊

Natasha oceane has a really good video, explaining how to pair running with weight training to get the best result, and also how to plan your run in the most effective way

For running tips: The best is to start with run-walks. Running 5kms from 0 is risky. I won't say you aren't capable bc you are but it's not good for your joints and ligaments (I'm saying this with no right side ligament in my right knee due to a sportaccident).

Staying as loose as possible is good, don’t ball your fists, and relax your body so your not so tight. And you will be less sore after too! I find I was running very tight for a long time. Hope this helps a little!!
