Wegovy 6 Months|How I manage common side effects

Hi guys! Back with something a little different! I've lost about 30lbs in the 6 months I've been on Wegovy. This drug has been such a game changer, I finally feel like the work I'm putting in to become a healthier version of myself is actually working this time. I wish I started documenting this journey a lot sooner, but here it is now. Just a few tips on what I've done to manage side effects.

Did you lose any hair? A lot of people are saying they have hair loss but I think that has to do with them not eating enough not the drug itself

No hair loss for me. I make sure I get my calories in, drink plenty of water, and take vitamins including biotin.

Does it make you feel like you have energy?

No. It doesn’t have an impact negative/positive on my energy levels.

@caramelren ok thank you for the reply, I was wondering.I heard other ladies on KZfaq say it gives them energy, others say no they feel sluggish.Its interesting how it effects different people.But thank you for the video and the reply, I appreciate it very much.

How do get your doctor to prescribe it? ❤ thanks love

I went to my hospitals weight loss clinic. I saw an endocrinologist and a nutritionist. I explained to the endocrinologist how active I was, etc but was unable to really lose weight. She brought it up. Labs, and bloodwork were normal. My BMI was 39.9. I think the key to insurance approving it was going to the weight loss clinic. Hope this helps hun!

You can go the peptide version way. Been best choice going this route because shortages and cost.
