Well said: stop doing things that you think is not possible in long term. RUJUTA DIWEKAR too says go local, seasonal and nothing fancy.Avocados , exotic fruits are neither seasonal nor local to add to your diet.simple veggies that grow in India and we have been eating since childhood are our diet. I was 90.25kg but today I'm 87kg. Lost 3.25kg in 3 weeks. Only solution is calorie deficit. Eat less and burn more. Avoid sugar, rice and outside food. Eat only daal, salad, roti, fruits, curd, buttermilk in limited quantity. Avoid milk. Also walk at least 1 hour everyday. Make sure your heart beat is more than 125bpm when you walk.

Same problem I love food and I don't know how much to eat. I eat until my stomach feel extremely full 🥺 . I always get scolded by family not coz of weight but after having heavy meals my stomach started paining 💔. I got motivation from KZfaq every 3rd day of moths Start a diet and workout plan and lose the consistency... Man I'm gonna die 👽

Drink a big glass or two of water before you start eating. It will help you feel full with less amount of food cuz your stomach is already be half filled with water. And try to have a green apple or cucumber (with or without peel that’s up to you) after like 30mins to 1hr of eating. Helps you digest the food faster and make you poop out most of the food cuz of the high fibre content in green apple/cucumber. That’s what I’ve been doing along with working out at gym and also i walk to my gym which is like a 20min walk. Do like mid range intensity cardio for at least 30mins each day amd join a gym. If you cant play a sport or dance. I joined gym with my fiance so i always try to push a little harder to impress him which has been working pretty well for both of us🤣

Most of the people believe that gym and workouts are the only option to loose weight. Research and science says that it's the diet ans hormones which control our weight, workouts can only help till you are working out, but diet is the only way to loose weight and maintain it for a long term. Fat cells accumulate only when your insulin levels are high for a long term and you become insulin resistant. Fasting is the way forward to cure your metabolic diseases like obesity and insulin resistance. Work outs, frequent eatings and being caloric deficit do not work for a long term, once you stop doing work outs, you gain the weight exponentially. Pls don't fall for such videos!!

1may - 1 August Today 1st June... 1month complete.. A se hi nikal gaya pura mahina... And I'm do nothing... Bas sosti hi rahi k kal se pakka jaldi uthungi... Kam khana khaungi.... Regular yoga karungi... 😢🙁 Now my mood is 🤕☹️☹️ My weight is more than may starting weight... 90+ to ho hi gaya honga... I want to change my life.. Change bakvas routine... Mere ghar valo ko Lagta hai ki mer se kuch nahi ho payenga.. Or me asi hi moti or lazy hi rahungi... 😢
