They just wanted him to leave whether he was filming or not. They had no back up plan as to how to handle a visitor with the trainees there. When the trainees are not there, which is likely not often as they seem to be using the grounds for drills, they likely would not have descended upon AB as they did. They were exceedingly determined to remove him asap. I’ve seen this sort of thing when I’ve attended conferences and they are educating teachers on how to paddle children without being found criminally liable for harming children. These types of groups simply do not want outsiders to know what they really tell recruits about how to handle the public (not how to handle criminals but rather how to handle ANY of us). 16:47 “At police stations where they conduct interviews because that is what it’s for” Did she really just say that? No wonder the police don’t have a clue when it comes to basic UK law, never mind more complex law. At the very place where PACE is taught, they don’t have a copy!?!😨🤷♂️You really couldn’t make this up. How inept can they be? Police: How inept do you want us to be?😩🤷♂️☹️

These were police instructors at the county headquarters, they are training a new generation of police officers on how to enforce the law. They don't have a copy of PACE on the premises, how can they refer to it? These instructors don't know the difference between private and public property and cannot conceive the idea of restricted public property, neither can the estate manager (who is responsible for signposting the site). How can any of these people be relied upon to train up new police officers? By welcoming the public and requiring them to visit reception they have made reception and the access route to reception a public place and therefore a place that can be legally recorded!
@robwilson8673Ай бұрын

What a loud of uneducated drivel ,,,, ""welcome"" does NOT mean to everyone it means to those who have the right to be there ,, the ""reception"" is NOT for the public it is for police employees who have the right to be there ,,,, the idiot filming actually filmed and read at the entrance ,,,, """"private property no trespassing"" ,,, ""caution police dogs in training no unauthorized access"" ,,,,, and still entered he could have legally been arrested and his equipment confiscated ;;;;;
