Welcome to Puerto Rico! The Disney Wonder brought us to this beautiful island with AMAZING views from casa de cristobal (the castle). We also had the opportunity to try the pool, enjoy some ice cream, see black panther, meet some characters and try the BEST food yet on the Wonder.

The main difference for me is on a carnival cruise there are 1000 less kids. I dont feel as bad about drinking alcohol. When I was on Disney, kids were out at 12am and I felt weird. I'll go back when I have children of my own.

That puts me off too. I wish they would do a full adults only disney cruise. I love disney but i chose not to have children for a reason and i don't wanna be surrounded by other people's brats. Having an adults only area is all well and good but that heavily limits where you can go to not be around kids

Looked like a lot of fun! We've cruised on the Wonder but only on the West Coast out of San Diego. We would love to take the Disney Cruise to Puerto Rico! =) Also, we love the new movies on the Disney cruises too - Black Panther would be cool to watch on the ship! 💜

I LOVE Disney Cruise’s the cast members go above and beyond to serve you and do it with a smile. They keep the ship super clean and smelling good. The food is awesome, and the mixed drinks. You can watch brand new movies that are still in theaters, the character meet and greets, Castaway Cay, The broadway style shows, and so many more a activity’s.

I know you've talked about the expense of WDW vs DCL before, and that DCL is more $$. But I have to say, I think if you're comparing a more deluxe stay at WDW and including the Dining Plan, DCL comes out ahead!! Especially for longer cruises, you get a huge bang for your buck.

Our first cruise was the Carnval Cruise the captian was great. But me and my kids went on two Disney cruise after that one. First one Fantasy and second Magic. Me and my kids can tell your disney cruise better and more fun then the Carnval Cruise.

I love the enthusiasm you have for Disney. It really is the most magical experience and their customer service is top notch. I also appreciate your self disclosed Disney “bias”. While you’ve mentioned a couple of times that other lines are not for you; which I understand; I think it’s important to recognize the cost disparities between a Disney Cruise and another cruise line. Everyone should experience the joy of cruising with Disney or another line that fits in their budget. Happy Sailing.

I was wondering: my husband and I are both 54 years old (probably older than your parents!) we don't drink or enjoy casinos, and while I think Disney cruises would be great for families, do you think it'd be so for a couple? I’m going on my 17th Disney Cruise on June 30th on the fantasy for an 11 night southern Caribbean Cruise. I went last year and it was amazing we got the Florida residents rate and saved around 2 thousand dollars which is nice so I recommend looking for it if you live in Florida. My family have doing to the parks since I was 1 month old. I love the parks but nothing beats the cruises. My favorites I’ve been on (I’ve Only ever been out of Canaveral) is the thanksgiving 7 night and the southern Caribbean 11 night the southern Caribbean is beautiful. Also when you go on the thanksgiving cruises they have their Christmas decorations up and they also have the actives such as building Gingerbread houses. It’s like celebrating 2 holidays at once and no better place than a Disney ship. I love going on the fantasy so I’m super excited for this summer and excited to see the toy story land vlog when I get back 😀

One of my favorite things about the disney cruise was that you could try new food. so at dinner we usually got 2 appetizers or 2 entrees. this was i could order something i knew id like and order something i hadnt tried before.

Just for people to know, you don’t HAVE to eat at cabanas everyday for breakfeast you can go to tritons and other resteraunts. CABANAS IS AWESOME THOUGH IM GOING ON A 2 week HALLOWEEN ON THE HIGH SEAS AND IVE BEEN IN 2 before and everytime I went to cabanas cause it so good!

You should have gone into the two forts. You were on the outside of the one and sailed by the one at the end. They were only $7 to get in and amazing views and things to see inside them. Wish I could share pictures on here for you. Maybe next time.

If you enjoy cruising you should definitely try Royal Caribbean, I've cruised both Disney and Royal and although Disney is fantastic for the characters etc you really cannot beat Royal Caribbeans customer service and entire experience

If you love the Wonder, and days at sea, and longer cruises, you MUST try one of the Panama Canal cruises. *14 Days*! We did the Eastbound last year, and it was an incredible experience! Plus, every other year the Westbound Panama Canal cruise does a day at Castaway Cay; you don't get those on the Eastbound because the ship goes to port in Galveston, TX. But next year's is already sold out - that Castaway Day is a big draw for that cruise!

I think you don't get wifi on the ship. You only get a network for your navigators app

Just for the future no need to change your shirt to a not so Disney shirt. The area you are docked and all around old San Juan is very safe and very touristic so no worries at all. I know this because this is my homeland. Not sure why the cast member suggested this. Great detailed vlogs

I'm curious as to why the castmember said to not wear a Disney shirt? Was it because of safety concerns or because the merchants might treat you like a "rich Disney guest" if you were identifiable?

Probably a combination of the two. Assume that because they're on a Disney cruise then they have plenty of money and are worth mugging. Personally i wouldn't have even gotten off the ship after being told that. No view in the world is worth going somewhere unsafe.

He stayed in the old San Juan area, there is urban beaches very close. One of the best is Isla Verde beach and is about 15 min away from there. Condado beach is closer but not as good.

Wishes 4ever because the smaller islands might not have much else to offer other than beautiful beaches besides if you are going on a cruise you might as well do some research.
