Thank you. Very well done. However can we have a small section on supporting infantry that face the short end of their stand such as Pike men in the next video?

Hello Andrew, pikemen can't support other types of infantry and can only receive support from the flank. It is beyond the scope of this series of videos to focus on army specific rules but once I have completed the series I will do another "how to play" Bet Rep with Dogs of War Pikemen as an example.

Multiple combats might even warrant an entire video, but yes I intend to resolve that big fight.

Kudos again on the amazing videos ❤. Question, if a character joins a unit of infantry that is supporting a combat, but not attacking itself- can the characters bonuses be used e.g. +1 attack, terror etc?

No, only if the characters unit is actually fighting.

Really sorry for troubling again, are defended status counted per bases individually? If cavalry attack infantry unit one base on a hill and others not, attacks to one on a hill hit on 5+, on others 4+?

Yes, you have it correct. Please don't apologise for asking questions. It is easy to assume , never easy to ask. We all learn from experience. I hope you continue to enjoy the game the more that you play.

Thank you so much for this. A tiny little question but at 14:45 , if the Sphinx had flanked the front unit instead of the rear unit, would both of those stands still take the penalty? Or would the Sphinx be sufficiently "to the front" of the rearmost stand?

Sorry, another one for you. In the latest 2.0.1 P14, says a failed order allows for a half paced move. Do you know if that is for all failed orders, or just the first for each character? (Always thought it was first order, but can't find anything that verifies). Thanks again for all the help!!

This is covered in the rules update for 2023 video. It is only the first order that grants a half paced move.

If a stand is destroyed in a combat can the stand that was supporting it still give the +1 to the combat resolution? For some time I played that a destroyed unit could not be supported. But I can not find this written anywhere so have stopped doing it. Which is the correct method? Was this just a figment of my imagination?

In original warmaster support was calculated at the end of the round, after casualties were removed, so a destroyed stand could not be supported. In warmaster revolution support is calculated before stands are removed.
