Hello everyone.
Welding thin sheets of less than 1mm is not an easy task.
Furthermore, if there is a gap between the thin plates, welding will be more difficult.
But this is not an impossible mission.
We will introduce tips and tricks for tig welding that can be applied in this case.
However, the fact that these can be welded does not solve all problems.

大師太棒了!焊道底板兩側不銹鋼壓板就是提升母材入熱性關鍵!若 0.4mm 母材不開槽 L線不填料一樣也是可全滲透 RT檢驗成功!25年前 0.15mm 厚不銹鋼薄片 150mm長不開槽平焊小弟我是用周邊3mm厚銅板x3片一片做底板焊道中心兩側2mm處各壓一片銅板夾緊母材壓密提升入熱 0.15mm不銹鋼薄片 150mm長 *15寬 150mm長部不開槽不假附平焊電流4.7A 完焊不破損。這方式TIG焊接 0.03mm厚度不銹鋼薄片不開槽不假附平焊也不會困難，TIG 焊接手工藝在各式焊接中制御段次入熱性可控性非常高!加上周邊治具變化更多! 以上來自個人經驗!僅供參考。

These look great but how can you transfer these techniques to larger sheets when you are unable to clamp it inside a jig? Say for example welding up a large tank of very thin gauge steel?

我認為第二種的方法比較好 ! 因為第一種方法讓入熱量升高 .. 而導致變形 .. 還有焊冠過高 .. 代表電流過低 ... 背板也是過熱氧化 ..

The machine used in the video is a TIG welding machine made by NSWEL.

These thin plate is the reason why they have cold weld machines from China. Those can weld down to 0.3mm or less (heck even aluminum foils). Otherwise traditional TIG is really only good down to 0.8mm.

현장에서 이런작업은 불가능하죠.그져 보여주기식 펄스 장비인것같은데. 내쇼널회사 개발자님들 펄스를 토치에 개별적인 스위치를 하나더 추가하면 어떨런지 펄스 주파수를 조정하는 다이얼대신 펄스핫타이밍에 스위치를 작동할수있는 시스템이 있으면 하고 희망합니다. 저도 내쇼날 교류용접기 진짜 잘쓰고있는 응원잡니다. 반복기능과 헷갈리지 마시고 .

Posso chiedere diametro, lunghezza tungsteno, diametro coppa? Maestro, pensi sia possibile eseguire questo lavoro in pulsato con la mia inverter che non raggiunge 5% sul PULSE BALANCE della tua macchina ma copre solo dal 10 al 90%? Tutti gli altri valori del settaggio sono raggiungibili. Altra domanda: il POST GAS a 13 secondi mi lascia perplesso, posso conoscere la mandata di gas in litri/ minuto? Grazie

Certo, sarebbe bello se potesse essere impostato fino al 5%. Ma anche il 10% non è impossibile. È una condizione sufficiente per lavorare. Tungsteno 3,2 mm, diametro coppa 16 mm, gas di protezione 15 LPM

Grazie Maestro . Sarebbe stato bello avere impostazioni ampie sul Pulsato come ha la tua splendida macchina. Vado a provare nel week end a non fare buchi con le nuove impostazioni.
