McAllen ISD's Houston Elementary held a Wellness Day on Nov. 7, 2018. Parents participated with their children in this celebration of health and wellness. McAllen ISD schools have been recognized among America's Healthiest Schools since 2014 for the district's efforts to combat childhood obesity, promote healthy living and good nutrition.
