Thank you for this, Brother...man how things have changed....graduated from West End in '77 and lived near Harrison Park.

I left Birmingham in 2008 and the saying the dirty south is no joke. It makes me sad that where I learned to walk and talk is a distant memory of cliches and excuses. Life is what you want it to be. Be amazing be true to yourself and be a decent person. St Petersburg Florida is home for me now and I love it.
