Ladders.....Ladders.....Ladders...... Come and hike the WCT and they're the one thing you'll come to know very intimately. These were some of the worst on the entire trip. I'd say four sets on each side of the suspension bridge, each set about 300 feet or so. Arms, calfs, thighs......everything burns like hell after these. Notice we're still in pretty good spirits about the ladders here.
