What are the specs on your pop rivets? I saw stainless listed on the drawings, but what sizing do you recommend? Are painted aluminum ok?

We have rivets that are painted to match the color of material you purchase from Western States. www.westernstatesmetalroofing.com/fasteners Description: STST43 Head Style: Dome Rivet Diameter Nominal: 1/8" US Dimensions: 43 Grip Range: .126 - .187 Hole Size/Drill No.: #30 (.129 - .133) Shear (min Strength lbs.): 420 Tensile (Min Strength lbs.): 530 Hope this helps.

6” on the overlap is waay to much 4” is more than enough
