താങ്കളുടെ video ഞാൻ സ്ഥിരമായി കാണാറുണ്ട്. വളരെ ഉപകാരപ്രദമായ video ആണ് താങ്കൾ ചെയ്യുന്നത്. ഞാൻ ഒരു electronics engineer ആണ്. ഞാൻ bullet വാങ്ങുന്നത് 1996ൽ ആണ്. ഇപ്പോഴും bullet തന്നെയാണ് ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നത്. എന്റെ അനുഭവത്തിൽ old bullet നന്നായി പണി അറിയാവുന്നവർ വളരെ ചുരുക്കം ആണ്. അവസാനം ഗതി കെട്ടു ഞാൻ തന്നെയാണ് എന്റെ വണ്ടിയുടെ engine പണിതത്. മെക്കാനിക് പണിതിട്ട് ശരിയാകാത്തതു കൊണ്ട് ഞാൻ വാശി ക്കു bullet ന്റെ engine construction study ചെയ്തു തനിയെ അഴിച്ചു lathe work ചെയ്തു ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നു. ഞാൻ engine set ചെയ്തിട്ട് 10 വർഷം കഴിഞ്ഞു. ഇപ്പോഴും നല്ല condition. താങ്കൾ വണ്ടിയുടെ engine അഴിച്ച സ്ഥിതിക്ക് എന്റെ അറിവ് താങ്കളോട് പങ്കു വക്കാം. Bullet ന്റെ timing side bearing company വിടുന്നത് NU205 number ആണ്. ഇത് single row roller bearing ആണ്. ഇതിന്റെ കുഴപ്പം എന്താണെന്നു വച്ചാൽ കാം wheel sound ഇല്ലാതെ ആക്കാൻ അല്പം tight കൊടുത്താൽ bearing sound ഉറപ്പാണ്. ഇംഗ്ലണ്ടിൽ നിന്നും വന്ന വണ്ടികളിൽ അത് needle bearing ആയിരുന്നു. പക്ഷെ ഇന്ത്യയിൽ 1972ൽ company needle bearing മാറ്റി nu 205bearing ഇട്ടു. അതോടു കൂടി problems തുടങ്ങി. താങ്കളുടെ വണ്ടിയുടെ engine bearing problem ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ nu 205bearing മാറ്റി അവിടെ 3205bearing ഇടുക. അത് double row ball bearing ആണ്. 15വർഷത്തേക്ക് complaint വരില്ല. അതിനു നല്ല lathe തെരഞ്ഞെടുത്തു അവിടെ കൊടുക്കണം. അതുപോലെ engine കവർ ൽ oil seal നു ഇപ്പുറത്തു bush lathe ൽ കൊടുത്തു ഉണ്ടാക്കി ഇടണം. ഇത് timing side bearing complaint ആകാതിരിക്കാൻ സഹായിക്കും. വീണ്ടും നല്ല video പ്രതീഷിക്കുന്നു.
