Air filter is in right side box. Just unscrew the centre bolt with 10mm spanner.

I will communicate to you here. I made that breather box an oil reservoir by fixing a plastic tube at a height of 2 cm on the return hole. Then the water particles in the oil get time to evaporate (through the tube connected to the air filter). I usually clean the residues in my engine using petrol. First drain the oil and remove the timing cover. Then replace the drain plug. Pour approximately 250-300ml of petrol in the oil chamber. Then you can scrub the bottom of the oil chamber through oil filling hole by using some cable or brush like material (I tied a piece of cloth in a cable and moved all over the bottom) to stir the sludge deposited there. Then drain that mix out. Repeat this process till the bottom is cleared. Open the rocker covers to clean the top of it (the evaporated oil/ water mix may settle there also). The breather hoses should also be cleaned before pouring new oil in the engine.

അത്പോലെ അതിൽ രണ്ട് ട്യൂബ് connect ചെയ്തിട്ട് മൂന്നാമതും ഒരു കുറ്റി കൂടി അടിയിൽ fix ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട്. അത് താങ്കൾ പറഞ്ഞ പോലെയുള്ള ആവശ്യത്തിന് വേണ്ടി ആയിരിക്കും അല്ലെ?

Carburetor മാത്രം ആയിരിക്കില്ല പ്രശ്നം. Spark plug കറുത്തിരിക്കുകയാണെങ്കിൽ ആദ്യം പുതിയ air filter ഇട്ടു tune ചെയ്തു നോക്കൂ. എന്നിട്ട് നല്ല oil (fully Synthetic ) ഒഴിച്ച്.. Timing correct ആക്കി ഒന്ന് long ഓടിച്ചു നോക്കിയതിനു ശേഷം മതി carburetor മാറാൻ നോക്കുന്നത്.

ഇത് പൂർണ്ണമായി വിജയം ആണോ എന്ന് അറിയില്ല. പഴയത് പോലെ ആക്കിയപ്പോൾ മൈലേജ് കുറഞ്ഞോ..?

അത് ഒരു പ്രശ്നം ആണ്. Wet sumping എന്നാണ് പേര്. ഇന്റർനെറ്റിൽ ഒന്ന് type ചെയ്തു നോക്കൂ

Breather ബോക്സും oil പോകുന്ന കുഴലും ഒന്ന് clean ചെയ്യൂ.

ഒരു പ്രശ്നവും ഇല്ല. ആ filter ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ ചെറിയ ഗുണം ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. (ചെറിയ ചില വസ്തുക്കൾ oil ലിൽ ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ അത് ഒന്ന് തടസപ്പെടുത്തുമായിരുന്നു.. അത്രേ ഉളളൂ )

Every automobile manufacturer try their best to improve efficiency of their vehicle by updates, why do you want to downgrade??? 2007 models came with an additional intake port from cluch box (LH side) . So in total 4 openings to breather chamber, It seems useless but it plays important role in maintaining pressure equilibrium of your entire engine...

And hence decrease the chances of oil leaks 👍👍

It's a genetic disorder for Electra.. Oil നെ ക്കാൾ സാന്ദ്രത വെള്ളത്തിനു ആയതുകൊണ്ട് oil ആയിരിക്കും ആദ്യം പോവുക. (ഇത് ഒരു പരീക്ഷണം ആണ്. അടുത്ത oil change വരെ കാത്തിരുന്നാലേ യഥാർത്ഥ ഫലം അറിയാൻ കഴിയൂ)

വണ്ടിക്കുള്ള problems ഒന്ന് പറയാൻ ആണ്. അത് താങ്കൾ നേരിൽ കണ്ടിട്ട് അതിനുള്ള solution പറഞ്ഞു തന്നാൽ എനിക്ക് വല്യ ഉപകാരം ആയിരുന്നു. എന്റെ കയ്യിൽ ഉള്ളത് 90മോഡൽ ബുള്ളറ്റ് ആണ്. കയ്യിൽ ആയിട്ട് ഏതാണ്ട് 22 വർഷം കഴിയുന്നു.
