Just compare ki how much your life can change and improve by getting into IIT. On the day of Diwali in KOTA, most of the friends ghar gaye hooe the. So rather than demotivating, I studied for 16 hours that day with a hope in my mind ki next year ki diwali (in IIT) sabse behtar hogi.

You mean CPI?? There is no strict cut off It depends on company Top companies keep the CPI cutoff 8 nearly while 7+ is safe for nearly any branch

Yes Academic pressure will be lower. But generally Computer Science students spend their time in coding and development. You can use it anywhere, in your hobby, in a startup, in coding anywhere.

Sabko 8+ chahiye for Slot 1.1 company. 7+ for Day one, and two company 6+ for other companies This is the approx guess It depends from company to company Some company has 8+ cutoff for all branch And some has no cpi cutoff. Try to keep your CPI as high as possible.
