What a RDR1 REMAKE would've looked like

Just kidding (I wish), this is taken from RDR2 and sprinkled with mods like a better more accurate John Marston and outfits, music, colour palette, loacations and fire rate from the first game! This video shows off scenery and combat that would've been the typical gameplay of 11 year old me back in 2010 when my beloved RDR1 was released. Hope you enjoy!

My only question is how you managed to make armadillo look exactly like the one in Rdr. In The Rdr2 epilogue and online armadillo has that orange shadowing radiating in the region, makes it look more action movie type Mexico, in the first red dead game it’s yellower and dirtier looking, what is your secret ? Edit : I also noticed that the thick yellow dust in rdr2 might be the main reason your reshade look so good. By removing it you allow us to fully see the town, just like in the first game.

Would be cool but I prefer rdr1 being it’s own game I don’t want forced Arthur mentions and the rdr2 gunplay/gameplay and the Ragdolls

RDR2 engine was relatively good. Only thing a RDR1 remake on the RDR2 engine should've left out is the horse stamina system, dead eye system and weight management plus hair growth systems from RDR2. RDR1 had all those things down pat. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
