I would like to suggest an Intracellular Proliferation test. Blood serum is only good for what's in the blood and not in "the Cells". Best of health to you, Nili.

This company looks interesting. The future of our healthcare I'm afraid. My concern is we're voluntarily giving them info and who knows who they will share with or report to actually. I've looked at their info and it's vague at best and has the usual disclaimers. They're an option to consider for sure, though. My lack of trust in companies-especially healthcare related-is very high with all that's happened these last few years and with what's being revealed daily on it. Thank you for sharing.

Since some of your levels changed significantly since last tested, are you at all curious if going in for testing at a lab and comparing it to at-home testing would provide different results?? Just curious if that thought crossed your mind?

That Phlebotic Assistant looks amazing. I've used everlywell for a few tests and that would have come in so handy for the tests that require you to fill up a lot of blood spots or the one where you keep adding drops until the plasma makes it's way to a line. So, I looked it up and it seems Let's Get Checked is the owner of the device? I saw a website from "In Earnest" where they did the product design. Kinda cool.

Blood levels of minerals are usually stable as long as your body has bone to pull it from.

FYI if people are wondering, ųg/dL is abbreviation for metric unit measurement of micrograms per deciliter, of sample (usually blood, serum, plasma or urine in the medical lab). Glad to see the company gives you ranges and explanation of results. Good to have a baseline before taking a bunch of supplements that may not be needed. Thanks.

Have you considered low stomach acid? This would be an indicator for SIBO and low iron.

I also took this test. My B12 came in at 1755 mg/mL!😳 I was supplementing with B12 and also was taking some other supplements that I didn’t realize had B12 included. I’m going to abstain from B12 throughout the end of the year and retake the test to make sure this is due to the supplements. I’m on a keto type diet as it is so getting enough protein.

I was thinking about doing this but the finger stick method is less accurate than a venipuncture🤔I think if people go in knowing this, they won’t get freaked out if it’s off a bit.👍

went to lgc website----The tests you referenced are NOT listed or shown, only women's health and I cannot see a place to choose tests like the one in this video?????????????
