Its natural for folks to want to know rather than believe. Facts always have more weight than faith. None of us struggle with 2+2=4 because the equation and answer is based on facts. Its different when you base your reality on faith

Really awesome advice, I hate when preachers say "just ignore your doubts that's just the devil bothering you" this never works, it just causes lack of trust in God, possible resentment, or worse. Everytime I've had doubts God has answered or at least given me peace. We confess out doubts, ask God for help then seek the answers though the bible or from other Christians. Don't ignore your doubts and fears, face them under the power if the holy spirit and that breakthrough will lead to a deeper understanding and relationship with God, it might take time and much searching but it's worth it.

Any person with little intelligence can quickly know that the Biblical concepts are absurd to be true. Naturally teenagers would have doubt in Bible. How long this blind beliefs will go on?

1. Did Jesus die for your sins? Is God blood thirsty like carnivores? For no fault of yours God has pushed you into earth as you claim this is your first life. Then He gave you facility to do sins. Then He wants innocent animals blood for forgiveness of slightest of mistakes. If that is His nature', once all believers go back to God, with free will , they will again do some mistakes. Then God will put you into eternal hell? Is this your idea of God?

Hello Kim I have done a video called "So you don't believe in God...?" It's for non-believers but if you would take some time and watch it I would like to get your opinion on it if you think the concept or framework would be helpful. PLEASE NOTE: I know there are Christians who have been offended by it and who won't watch past the 30 min mark (it's 90 min). I think if Believers watch it all the way through I think it would be beneficial to them. Any feedback in this comment thread (not on the video) would be great. Thanks.

God has been so good to me even though hard times. As Christians we must have faith. Faith is trusting in God especially in bad situations. That’s exactly what I’m doing. I’m still struggling to providing for my two autistic children since losing my job over declining the vaccine. I declined due to my pre existing health condition (Lupus) and Heart disease. I was denied my medical/religious exemption from Forsyth Hospital. My husband passed away three years ago, so I’m all alone. Both of my sons are non verbal so things are more hard on me. Every month I don’t know how we are going to make it through. Every month is a struggle, a battle to not end up on the streets. I’m so embarrassed by my situation. I’ve been put down and mocked over my circumstances. I’m so ashamed. BUT because of my faith God shows up every month and provides. Even as I face homelessness with two young children. I know that God will provide abundantly.

Hebrews 3:12-15 - Be careful then, dear brothers and sisters. Make sure that your own hearts are not evil and unbelieving, turning you away from the living God. You must warn each other everyday, while it is still “today,” so that none of you will be deceived by sin and hardened against God. For if we are faithful to the end, trusting God just as firmly as when we first believed, we will share in all that belongs to Christ. Remember what it says, “Today, when you hear His voice, don’t harden your hearts as Israel did when they rebelled.” Romans 10:9-10 - If you openly declare that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is by believing in your heart that you are made right with God, and it is by openly declaring your faith that you are saved. 1 Corinthians 16:13 - Be on guard. Stand firm in the faith. Be courageous and strong. Ephesians 2:8 - God saved you by His grace when you believed. And you can’t take credit for this; it is a gift from God. Romans 11:5-6 - It is the same today, for a few of the people of Israel have remained faithful because of God’s grace - His undeserved kindness in choosing them. And since it is through God’s kindness, then it is not by their good works. For in that case, God’s grace would not be what it really is - free and undeserved. REMEMBER ✝️

This is the struggle which Paul did in all his letters to convince his audience again and again that believing in Jesus death and resurrection is the path to Salvation. He struggled hard because he was trying to sell nonsensical ideas. Why all Christians still internally doubt what Paul spoke about the message of the cross, is it is absurd and it does not remove the sinful tendencies from their hearts. On the other hand if Chrtians would strive to follow the moral teachings of Jesus, they will see some transformation in life. Better yet all Christians should read Bhagavad Gita to get rid of all their doubts and follow Bhakti Yoga path to see tangible transformation of their hearts

I'm not christian so take my advise however you see fit. Facing temptations and idols of the heart is something most if not all people go through. The medicine for that is gaining higher understanding and building stronger relationship with God. When faced with a temptation, its easy for person to fall into it when he does not value or understand God. I'm speaking in general and not necessarily specific to your case. But whenever two things are put forward and a choice needs to be made, a person will always go with what he perceives as a higher value. A person with a solid understanding and relationship with God would choose God over temptation because he wants to sacrifice the lower value to maintain the higher value. Almost everything we do is a choice. With choice comes sacrifice, because one is dropped to go after something else. For example, I drop my dream of becoming a football player to achieve higher education. A wise man will always choose God because God is the highest value. Think of Prophet Abraham (p) having to sacrifice his son. With my humble understanding I can tell you this, if a sacrifice is made truly for the love of God then God does not make the person loose what he sacrificed, he would multiply it. Abraham (p) gave and Abraham received in abundance. I'm not saying fighting temptations is easy. Most of us choose something over what God offers while God is loving and patient with his servants. The medicine is building greater awareness of who God is so that when temptation hits there is a strong defense which is the realisation of who God is and what God offers.

1. Ask them: What 3 things or questions, make you most doubt Christianity or bother you? 2. Have them get the book: Know Why You Believe by Paul Little 3. Tell them to READ the NEW Testament at least once, completely, and then, 4. after all that, then come back and re-discuss their doubts/questions. But get 1 thru 3 done, first. Beyond that, have them ask their professor to explain: "if there is no God, how did humans get their self-awareness and intelligence?" The Universe-- is gases, dirt and rocks. A rock doesn't think. So how is it that we can? We could not have gotten our intelligence from something else that DIDN'T have it!!- like a "dead-matter Universe".

I have 10+ doubts about Christianity. Please answer below five first 1. If this is my first life as per Christianity, and I was freshly created by God in my mother's womb out-of-nothing (ex-nihilo) a) God being most perfect would create a sinless soul and faultless soul, and He knew well that when I am creating this fresh new sinless, soul and putting him in mothers womb, the soul will come out as born sinner and will be subject to miseries of life - diseases, old age, death, judgement and He knowingly created and put a sinless soul for making me suffer, God is the most unjust person, as He wants me to suffer for no fault of my own b) If this is my first life, why God has given me birth in a poor Indian family and He has given someone else in a rich American family? That means God is highly partial and arbitrary person c) God has made other people in their first life, very good singer, however, I cannot sing well as much as I would love to do, so, God is an unkind person 2. If God needs blood to be appeased for an unintentional sin committed by sacrificing of innocent lambs, a) God as per Bible is possibly blood-thirsty as a carnivorous animals b) By allowing the Animal Sacrifice for sin forgiveness, God is encouraging sin as all one needs to do is keep on sinning as sin gives one pleasure and keep on sacrificing innocent animals, so God is a sin-abettor 3) God will put non-believers into eternal hellfire as the only punishment for not-believing in Him, a) This means that He does not have any sense of justice and He is the most unjust dictator b) As God knew who is going to hell or who is going to heaven, when He created the souls, as God is all knowing, instead of directly putting the souls who will go to hell, He is subjecting them to further miseries of existence - such as stress, diseases, old age and death etc., which means God loves to torture souls before sending them to eternal hell 4) God will come in a far future day for Judgement, and no one knows when, and until that Judgement Day comes, God is going to keep on creating fresh new faultless and sinless souls and send them to earth through mother's womb so that new and new freshly created souls can be subjected to miseries and finally eternal hell. What does this mean? This means God is abusive and takes pleasure in creating faultless souls and subjects them into misery and judgement until His sadistic heart is satisfied 5) God sent His son to die on cross for your sins and as a believer you have to proclaim faith in Cross and Resurrection etc, a) What was expected of God's son was to give techniques, tips and processes so that believers could have been sinless, so that the jails of America would not have been full of Christian offenders sentenced for variety of crimes. However, Gods' son could not do that, and what transpired next is the believers committed in centuries to follow - Slavery and trade of fellow humans, Genocides of Pagans, Witch hunting, Inquisitions, looting others wealth by colonization, and currently deceitful criminal evangelism of the world......All this despite Christ's blood and resurrection!?? b) The above suggests that Jesus death and resurrection have no impact on sinful desires of believers, on the other hand it encourages them to do more sins hoping wishfully that they are the chosen ones to go to heaven! What will the believers do in heaven!? Look for Hamburger, Whiskey, or Cheat someone into Christianity??? c) When every Christian believer can quickly do self-assessment as to where he stands with respect to - lust, anger, greed, envy in his heart, which means neither the Holy Spirit nor the Blood of Jesus has sanctified or glorified Him, as He did nothing to get rid of these enemies within the heart... as Work is not encouraged, so that you may boast about it... The above are only a sample of why any person reading Bible will have doubts about it and all people who are Christians, they still have their doubts in Christianity, but faking on the face that they are believers. Either the Christians are foolish to accept that there actually an eternal hellfire and they may be subject to it, so they are holding on to Christianity due to fear although deep inside the doubts is killing them, or it may be that the wishful thinking that a Christian will enter heaven by simply believing in Cross and Jesus and it is such a great accomplishment, that they allow doubts eating them inside. Disagree with me, what I inferred from Christian ideas of God, please respond.

@@thegodlogic3844 Please understand-- I, myself, am NOT a professional Apologist. Just a guy who probably reads more than most people. I was NOT expecting these questions. However, I will have-a-go at taking up the challenge. Some of my answers may not satisfy. On the other hand, I myself may also have some of the same questions that you do. Side comment: I hope you'll "forgive" me a bit (is that even the word?) if I'M a bit skeptical, when I see "Logic" in part of your name. First of all, that does NOT mean I wish to ignore Logic. I want answers that "stand up", too. However, people can, and do, sort-of "worship" Logic even though at times, even logic may not have all the answers. For example, in the Old TV show (original) STAR TREK, it was Mr. Spock who was logical-as-could-be. AND YET-- it was often the "less logical" Capt. Kirk that often saved the day! Consider that. But onward to your questions-- I'll respond to parts A...B...etc. I also may not be right, even if I do have an answer/response. I also may not always be wrong just because you might disagree. Here goes-- 1 A) I have a hard time believing that, myself. Frankly, I dont. Either. It wreaks of CALVINISM and "total depravity" which I personally do not accept. Many christians will disagree with me. I think they are wrong, about that. Perhaps that belief didn't come along until after Augustine? B) at first, I thought that might be a point, but more thinking convinces me that B is sorta rediculous. Why? Because suppose I'm God and people are being born on some planet like earth with several continents on it. The planet is only so big, even if its bigger than earth. Not everyone can be born on the same continent. You might as well blame the parents as much as God, for humping and having you born in the wrong country. Also, consider that before the Tower of Babel, supposedly everyone DID speak the same language. C) multiple answers here. 1. I dont know why God would do that. 2. maybe you cant sing, but are very good at something that someone ELSE is NOT good at. You are strong in that area and someone else considers it unfair that you have that ability. and 3. If you REALLY wanna brag about being "scientific", you might say that Nature "selected" for you to get that batch of genes and it was a natural fact-of-nature/genetics that you were dealt that hand. If you're an atheist, you pretty-much have to admit that. So you see, Life without a God, can also be depressing and unfair. 2. Sacrifices. I always thought they were stupid and primitive and I dont understand the need for "Blood", either. Does God eat or get hungry? He made the fruits and veggies and meaty creatures. Why does he need sacrifices or for us to feed him? Sounds too primitive. 3 B. this is PREDESTINATION and once again a part of CALVINISM which is RAMPANT in tons of churches but I believe it to be false. Who could be evil ENOUGH to deserve eternal, never-ending punishment?? John Calvin must've been a desperately unhappy man, severely in need of "getting laid". I think he once said that even if his own kids went to Hell, he'd be OK with it, if it were for the Glory of God. I think most decent parents would have a problem with that. See also videos by Dr. Jerry Walls (wells?) about What's Wrong with Calvinism. Calvin got alot of his ideas from AUGUSTINE, who I strongly suspect was wrong about probably lots of things! 4. more Calvinism stuff. probably some same answers as 3 B. 5 B. at least God gave people free will. We can choose to do crime and go to jail, or not. 5c. dont kid yourself. Many christians have doubts. And not enough answers. This is why so many leave the faith after going to college and taking comparative religion or philosophy. Also, I never did believe in "once saved, always saved". I am in the minority. Christians POUND on Ephesians 2:8 for by GRACE are ye saved, Not of works lest any man should boast." BUT-- they often leave out that when folks are judged and the sheep-are-divided-from-the-goats (Matthew 25? 26? 28? somewhere in there) that JESUS says they will be judged according to their WORKS. Whatcha gonna do? Believe Jesus or the apostle Paul? Also, I think Peter agreed more with jesus than with Paul. So did James. But churches dont talk much at all about that. MORE Calvinism. There ya go! I took up yer challenge. I have read the NEW Testament 3 times in 3 translations. In college, I took a comparative religion course. And philosophy 101. I have read alot since then. Currently, I do not attend any Church. I'm one guy with my own opinion. Dont let me stop you. As others have said: don't judge something (church) by its worst representatives. Just because there are hypocrites in church, or slackers, doesn't mean you or I have to be one. ATHEISTS can be just as smug, "canned" and self-assured or self-righteous as Christians. Some of them are real turn-offs. To show both sides, BOOK-wise, once could read Bertrand Russell's"Why I am Not a Christian". On the other side they could read "Know Why You Believe" by Paul Little. Or check out Frank Turek or J. Warner wallace on KZfaq. So...i gave my opinions. I might be wrong. But I'm also getting more comfortable in my investigations. (shrug). But if I'm wrong, I don't want any blood on my hands on judgement day. So, everyone must decide for themselves, in spite of what i think or say.

@@properpropaganda9831 Are there really many Gods who are Supreme? Are there true Gods and False Gods? If you believe in such things, you are in something called Biblical Trap, laid out by the prophets as a hatred against surrounding Pagans culture by inventing something new, declaring their neighbours as false so that they can be true without doing objective validation of what is wrong or correct. See through the designs of Bible, how it has been written to suffocate you into Spiritual Suicide through deceit of St Paul ignoring and overriding moral teachings of Jesus through his shallow Salvation Theology.
