I always assumed many of these letters were just links to cut content or little extra lore. You should do more videos on these letters Like the various NCR letters from forelorn hope and McCarran

I've found a handful during my many many runs of the game, never bothered trying to find them all and assumed many were the left overs of cut content. Still very fascinating.
