Zygomatic implants are a type of implant used in complex dental implant treatments where patients have limited amounts of bone in the upper jaw. Instead of using bone grafting techniques, zygomatic implants can be used to bypass the need for bone grafting. Please be aware that not all cases are suitable for this dental implant solution. Thanks. I intend to make an appointment soon to see if you can help me. I've been concerned as to which dentist to choose as it's such an invasive procedure. Your video has given me some confidence that I'll be in good hands. Thanks

Always love you're videos and the time you take to explain procedures. Great work. One little tip regards the video the music (which is nice) at times makes it hard to hear you. Keep the music just lower it a little ✌️👍👌

For the final set of teeth what options do you have zirconia acrylic or porcelain?? I have seen one dentist dr Gurs shemi and he is about 80% sure after feeling around my mouth and X-ray I need zygomatic implants.. he said in the X-ray the height of bone looked gd but after feeling it it felt thin…. So I wanted the porcelain teeth on top jaw total for top jaw which is all I wanted doing was £23,000 which was to much… I see your prices are a lot better can I ask why and do you offer porcelain teeth??
