@@draxxthemsclounts2478 Saudi is a Muslim country. In Islam we can’t wear any revealing clothes or tight clothes. It’s part of the religion.and We must cover up. It’s okay to wear what was in the video. Even if your not Muslim it’s better to wear clothes that are not revealing over there.

As a visitor in someone else’s country, I’m going to respect the customs and wear whatever is customary and respectful. If I had an issue and didn’t want to do that, I won’t visit there. It’s not going to hurt anyone to simply respect different cultures. But if my hosts say it’s okay to not wear traditional clothing, that’s the only way I’d wear my regular clothes.

We made a boiling pot and we don't consider showing a woman's elbows "disrespectful". I'm from the States, and I have *so* many grievances with it, but that's one thing we got right.

No.. its a modified version of beduin traditinal dresses that protected them from scorching heat and cold nights in deserts.. as saudi arabia is mostly desert.

I tried to avoid the abaya but being the only girl in my school not wearing one and getting stares in public and comments from relatives takes a toll on you. Have you seen a Saudi woman without a abaya? I'm talking about saudi women not British women or filippinas or even Lebanon, Kuwait, or Bahrain or any neighboring countries. Stop denying this just because it's not a law anymore And also you shouldn't count girls under 13 as "women" either. Those are the only Saudis I've seen without abayas here. going without a abaya in our country is very uncomfortable due to the judgement we receive.

Nope.. these dressings differ from city to city.. in some cities u will wear abaya only but in b8g cities like jeddah and Riyadh one can wear the mentioned dresses but not saree bcz its revealing
