mine goes away after a month and then comes back after a year or so. i dont consume caffine or sleep bad i think its cause anxiety and worry

Mine started earlier this year around January 4th and didn't stop for like 2 weeks then I used a warm compress and got adequate rest I noticed it reduced from twitching Al the time to twitching 4-5 times a day it irritated me a lot but I kept using the warm compress every morning and night and after 2 months it decreased that my eye wouldn't twitch for 2-3 days before it would twitch just once and it's very little and around march 6 it stopped and till today my eyes hasn't twitched for once

@@surbhi3685 I dipped a towel in warm water shouldn't be too hot every morning and night for a month before I stopped I put the towel on the eye while it's closed for about 10minutes
