Motel 6. I had been waiting for the eclipse for years. I made motel reservations in Bonne Terre Missouri months ago before anyone had even thought about the eclipse. Fast forward to last week and the motel manager there realized he could rent out the rooms for $300/night. So he emailed me that my reservations had been cancelled. I will never stay at a Motel 6 ever again in my life.

Fedex, I went for an interview at one of their locations and was told I would be required to basically harrass each and every customer to get them to write a review about how I did. And if I was unable to get a certain amount of good reviews every single week, then I would be at risk of disciplinary actions. Yeah, no thank you. I got the hell out of there and ignored them after.

I dealt with one particular Best Buy that tried to screw me over. I was buying Sonic Heroes that day and when I got home, I found a burn cd of Pink Floyd in the case (the case was plastic sealed). I went back to the store to complain and either get a refund or a free replacement. They dragged their feet and tried not to do either but eventually gave up and I got my game for free after they went through each case that had to make sure the game was there. This just meant they were make a good show of faith, but all it proved was that some of their employees are thieves and re-wrap the cases in order to hide their crimes. I never went back to that location ever again.

Apple, I had an iphone explode at my high school. The fumes knocked out a teacher and two students and many went to the ER. I later heard that Apple blamed the exploding phone on the poor person who owned it and claimed she was using an off-brand charger and the phone was charging when it exploded (it wasn't according to multiple friends in that class at the time) and refused to take any responsibility, that and many other reasons is why I'm team Samsung now

The Nexon one hit so close to me because I also experienced issues with them. A shame too because their MMOs were some of the best I had played online, but the fact that they also don't care much for their games and have already killed many of their servers made me quit playing all their games, as some games didn't even last a full year before the plug was pulled, and they didn't refund or compensate the people that bought those games early access or anything.

Nokia, Just got a New $64,000 (Aussie will know the car AUII LTD) car and had a hands free kit fitted for the Nokia 3310/3315 and updated my phone to a 3315 (last one in stock) the shop went to set it up and it didn't work, so it was sent back to to get fixed, still had my 3310. Nokia said it was not covered because of water damage. Note this was a new phone and the carton was still in plastic when the shop opened it. The shop replaced the phone from the new stock when it came in and gave me a $80 refund ..... funny thing is that $80 was the labour cost fo fitting the car kit, That refund was the only reason I disn't get them to remove the car kit and refund me for the phone and car kit.

Although not wawa themselves, I won't be ordering wawa's through delivery any more. The numerous times that my mom and I have ordered wawa's for delivery, there was often something from the order that we didn't get. And sometimes, we would get the wrong order. Some examples I can think of previously is where I like to get a chicken tender hoagie with mayo and ketchup. One time, my hoagie came with tomatoes which I ultimately had to pick out. More recently, one of the things I ordered was a chocolate milkshake and when it came, it was some kind of cappachino or something. My name wasn't even on the order sticker that they place on it. I spent a few minutes arguing with who delivered it (who also didn't speak english) and they told me that the place said that was what I ordered. This was on top of the fact that one of the bags of chips that I ordered didn't come. And the only thing I could do was refund the items that were wrong/didn't show up through the wawa app. I'm done with ordering wawa's through delivery.

Wizards of the Coast. Their entire OGL shitstorm is one reason, and the other is how terrible their products are. I don't play MTG, but D&D 5E was just terrible. The entire game was made and balanced around doing very specific things. The balance was terrible and just about every rule needed to be fixed before play. Plus the Pinkerton shit and the top assholes only seeing customers as barriers to their money. Yeah, to them the money we earn isn't ours. The Pinkertons are also the final straw that made me stop watching another KZfaqr. I want to watch Pokemon videos, not hear about current events or something completely unrelated to the topic. And no the Pinkertons have no connection to a small pink creature that hunts armor plated birds.
