Nice video. I just came across it since it was in my suggestion, it has nothing to do with my usual « type » of videos as i watch weight lifters what i eat in a day videos but yours was defo interesting and different (and it’s still sport related so!) +1 subscriber haha. Youre style of eating is so much different than most pro's I seen. However i really want to try it out bc whenever I feel too hungry and I really don't feel like cooking. I usually end up grabbing something less healthier than I would if I had pre meal prep or just a quick grab like you have! 💯⚽🍴🙏

impressed with the dedication. all of your protein came from processed and diary products. probably necessary to meet the targeted daily protein intake with calorie restrictions. you must miss real meat and fish, though.

I usually get my daily calories in my eating window which will store as energy in my muscles and bodily system. My body has become accustomed to getting its energy from my stored sources 👍🏼

Left our yogurt and peanut butter til afterwards. Heated the peanut butter in microwave for 10 seconds to make it runny

if ur trying to build muscle why would you IF? protein can synthesize 5 times a day in the body (hence why they say 5 small meals) so skipping meals is cutting yourself short.... just a thought

You have to PR for yourselves. Reach out to coaches from schools that you are interested in joining and email them your video highlights. Unless you are super talented, you have to put in the most efforts.
