Your point at the beginning about not getting enough materials is so true, I’ve gotten incredibly lucky with 2 back to back 5 stars on the last 2 banners but I’ve been frantically trying to build them and I have 2,000 mora at time of writing this It’d be nice if we could epitomize path for the 4 stars we want on banners

Yeah gachas are very weird with how they can give you a bunch of things that seem cool to play with but it takes you literal real world weeks to mess around with them. And if you dare have several characters you want to play with? Have fun leveling them for 2 months potentially!

When you were talking about how insane $200 not getting you the character you want was, I had aggressive flashbacks to my first gacha game.. spent almost $500 on one character and juuust barely got her, and the game didn't do reruns except in very rare circumstances

About Sethos apparently the 6 combo is really hard to do with burst up because of animations, the people that do it is using a macro for it. I'm kinda sad they didn't let you have as much charge attacks that consume energy as you like as long as you can sustain the energy cost. Some day Hoyo will make a 4* that doesn't need c6 to do competitive dmg.

Hmm thats really unfortunate. I dont think his C6 would really increase his dmg output that significantly regardless. Aim cancelling being possible would be more significant of a dps upgrade for him if it were possible lol

His personal damage doesn't need to be competitive because his innate EM scaling makes him perfect for a Quickbloom team with Furina on the first half the current Abyss

Mistsplitter on her is not only good looking but is basically her weapon with 20 crut damage and 8 damage bonus less Its still much better than lofi

Feel u on that 4 star pulls, I wanted cons for Layla and Faruzan. I pulled on Wanderers banner and got c1 of him(that came early) as well as c1 Jean along the way. I dont use Wanderer tho... I just dont like his playstyle. At least I got c6 Faruzan and c4 Layla, so it's still a win

I really wanted Thoma cons, I had to skip 2 banners he was on cause I didn't want the 5star, and here again I'm in the same position. Got a guarantee and 30 pity for Furina, did one 10 pull but just got a Bennett. I have Thoma c0 from a weapon banner, but it feels not worth building him without his cons. I don't "need" him as I have Zhongli, Kirara and Layla build, but he looks interesting for burgeon or chevreuse teams. I hope hes on a better banner next time. But as Soluna says, I also have the problem of not having any resources as I'm trying to build too many charas, so he will probably naturally stay unbuild till his next banner anyway.

Chev team in trial is actually best overload-team for Clorinde there is until Pyro Archon replaces Thoma. Especially considering that nobody builds EM on Clorinde in Aggravate team, so the damage-gap isn't that big. But much more comfort and this team leaves all the best units for other teams

I wish the same luck for everyone that I had in the morning... 4 pulls to 4 star, 50/50, go on... 4th is Sethos, can get an extra pull from shop and next is Clorinde. Prefarmed, finale lvl 90. So nice... GL for everyone!

Did my pulls early this morning before heading to work, starting at 57 with a guarantee so she appeared at 78 after a Benny & a Thoma. On my way home I was waiting for a connecting service so risked another 10 pull on my mobile & up pops Sethos so I'm done with this banner.

I only recently found myself in a comfy spot with my account, because I have not pulled many new characters during the Fontaine cycle. All my characters are leveled to 81, with talents leveled to a 6 if they are used in the kit, higher if I actually like the character. Still working on weapons, but all my weapons are 70+ right now!

I know the pain with 4 star luck. I got Chlorinde in my first 20/80 pulls and I spent the rest of my pulls just trying to get C1 bennett. I hate it.

Lol. I too did not get Sethos I did a lot of pulls and not even ONE Sethos! Also I was trying the weapons banner... I shouldn't have done it but I couldn't resist the urge! And I did not get Clorinde or Alahitham weapon, just a rubbish one .... of course! Never again..... I hope! PS- Well at the end you got him, grats, I could not having used all my pulls.

I'm terrible with 4 stars as well. When Chev was on banner before I was so upset she wasn't on Navia's banner because I wanted her so bad. I risked my guaranteed 5-star just to get her c0 (was at 77 pity when I got her) then on for Sethos I had c2 when I got Clorinde and no I'm at like 50 pity for my next 5-star, but hey I have c6 Sethos!!!!

My first 10 pull: thoma My second 10 pull: sethos Both i did not have yet, i beleave that rounds up all 4 stars for now ^^ Dont care about 5 stars this banner (targeting archons and nuvi cons, still need monstadt and lyue, only building pitty on ones i dont mind getting if it has new 4 star in it) so stopped wishing after.

I was so excited to wish for Sethos. Then I played him in his test run. Oh, boy. Ohhhhhh, boy. It's absolutely awful how you can't move when his charged shot is fully loaded. Hoyo 100% designed his kit to be experimental, and he for sure is interesting, but standing still during that phase is just no. Please, no.

Ngl no offence you dont know anything about clorinde. Idk which TC youve been watching but if its zyox or jstern or zajeff then please forget everythingnyou learnt. I dont know what up with them since sumeru but their calcs are all over the place. Clorinde best team is anything that can buff her. If you ironically favor reactions iver buffing clorinde with either nahida, chevreuse, bennet, anemo etc then your team might be good but its not the best clorinde team.
