I am back again to show you the update on this brand new construction duplex in Ocala, FL. We are preparing to close and everything is just about done.
Even with new construction, you can expect there to be some issues and you should always have it inspected professionally. My client had two professional inspectors out there in addition to my final walk through since he could not be here in person.
This duplex is set to close at $460,125 and comes with a builder warranty. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a 1 car garage on each side. In addition to a very lard backyard to enjoy the great outdoors of Ocala.
Best part about it is, no HOA or CDD fees!
These are expected to rent for anywhere between $1800-$2000 per month. Once we close, I will help my investor get everything coordinated with his property manager for a smooth handoff to find renters for both units.

Yes, yes. That's exactly why I'm interested in this design/concept. I've been looking at homes with a mother-in-law suite, but looks like it might be even better. Definitely worth considering.

Hi, what is the total sq. footage of the duplex, and the lot size? I have a .477 lot that I am thinking of putting a duplex on, but I don't want it to have too big a back yard, b/c I feel like that might be space I can use for another duplex.

CLICK BAIT..... Duplex means 2 story. There is no second story here... why Lie ??????????

Duplex MEANS two units. As you see there’s two doors. Which means two apartments. Duplex does not mean two stories. Google it

Anybody to pay $460,000 for a house in Ocala that's attached to another one, it's not a duplex is stupid. A duplex is a two-story home with some someone living on the second floor.
