no not. Just being bloody realistic. Williams were the slowest team on the grid and they knew it. That doesnt necessarily mean they are the worst team on the grid. I don't expect it, but i dearly hope they wil be able to make a big step forward like mclaren this year. I heard they made some structural changes withing the team so who knows whats gonna happen to them. They have bounced back in the past, and maybe they will do it again

I wanted this video for so long, I only know the names of all the strategists in the video (and I know they're good ofc), and it's nice to hear them talk about F1 strategy from the start of the season. Race strategists don't get enough recognition for the work that they do, the amount of information they have to learn, and always being healthy both physically and mentally so they always make sensible decisions.

This is by far the most interesting video I've ever seen on this channel! However, it would have been nice to see strategists from the top three teams as well, so as to have insight on the way they call the shots when a race win or podium is at stake!

I would like to see more videos like this. More videos about the people who make up the teams behind the drivers: the engineers, people at the factory, pit crews, team managers, chefs, etc. and also More behind the scenes look at what goes on at the various race circuits to get them ready for a race: Safety crews, track workers, concession stands, security guards/police for traffic control and safety, medical staffs, etc.

Just look at where all of the teams are based at for the current F1 team. All except Hass (North Carolina), Alfa Romeo (Switzerland), Ferrari (Italy) and Toro Rosso (and only because MIndari's condition of sale to Red Bull is that the team stay in Italy) are in UK. Even Renault is in England as they're formerly Lotus.

Hi Formula 1, could you provide a series of videos following a race weekend from the point of view of a Teams strategists? It would be amazing to see how their input shapes the weekend, and how they analyse each aspect through Free Practice, Qualtifying and the Race.

is nice to see that not only the driver takes all the credit, but at the same time, adding to much data and preparation makes the sport less entertaining in a way that there is no unpredictability, basically a driver relies pretty much on his team to take all the decisions.

With this kind of preparation and master level strategic planning those teams will takeoff once the cars are more head to head in all factories, they will most probably be a major threat to the big factories beginning at 2021, can’t wait, F1 will be F1 again.
