I find that they each have their own beauty to them! I love the simplicity of his with all the negative space. And with yours I love the depth it has.. the webbing looks like irises and they are beautiful! Ya'll over here creating gods eye constellations and you don't even know!

Honestly I like both equally the same for different reasons. I like simple sometimes and busy sometimes depending on how each are done. I'd say you both done pretty great😉😁.

I like both in very different ways. I think Sean is right about his pieces being more minimalistic. Rather than putting these on a wall though, I think they would make very cool sun catchers. Or ornaments. Anything where light can come through them!

They are both so amazing for different reasons.. the busyness of yours looks spectacular (anyway) then the oil and BOOM whole new dimension! And his well... the lacing and the fact you can see right through the "holes" is fantastic.. You both are so amazingly sweet!!!

I LOVE how yours came out, almost reminds me of something you’d see deep in the ocean. Like coral and things. Lol. And Shaun’s was amazing, too! His looked kind of anatomical to me, like veins and arteries (but in a really cool way!)

They both turned out great! If I have to choose I would go with Shauns. I'm like him. I would put in one color art a time, wait a few seconds then added another color etc. Mainly because I like watching how the inks react to the resin. The reaction the colors had when the oil was added was really interesting! I'll have to try that one day! Both of you created beautiful pieces!

The purple is my favorite. It looks like a photograph taken by the Hubble of a nebula or something. His looks like the top down view of a jelly fish. Also cool.

It makes me SO happy that Sean calls that fine tip a "proboscis"!!! As to which I like better, I really like how much clear space there is in Sean's, but I like yours better. The pattern just didn't do it for me this time. Although they are both pretty. Actually, I'm changing my answer: I like the cat best! Also, because I watch your videos I was out collecting flowers, but I only have small resin molds, so I was looking for small flowers, and now they're in a book drying, and all I want to do is open the book and peek at them, but I know that will ruin them. I don't know how you do it!

A proboscis is a nose, a long one like on an elephant or tapir, so I see why Sean thought proboscis when he looked at the little bottle! I love both of your designs!!

I absolutely LOVE yours!! I actually think the top side is so much prettier than the back. I love Galaxy up in space colors and the top of yours is FANTASTIC!!! It's so beautiful... STUNNING!!! If that was mine I would have clear coated the the top!! It's... GORGEOUS!!!! I think if your hubby would have added more colors it would have been better but not even close to yours, lol. Easy choice: I like the purple one better. Personally I think it's more interesting, and I prefer the colors. c: I think it would have looked super duper cool though if you'd just left it after you used the toothpick or whatever to put a swirl in it haha, that looked so cool!

So I started watching you a few months before all the fun in the world began, rabbit holes down SO many of your videos, and am now convinced I NEED to do this for myself.... whenever there is the opportunity to invest in all the necessary tools, I can't wait to come back and reference your videos to get better guidance and be reminded of tips. I like the negative space (apparently when shopping for rings, I developed a thing for negative space) on Sean's but I like your colors. I don't ever like the white alcohol inks, so there's that, but if I had to purchase JUST one, I'd get yours!

I love yours because it’s so fun getting lost in all the colors and it’s so beautiful to look at! Shaun’s gives you an opportunity to really appreciate the little details and dispersions of the alcohol ink that might get lost in your piece. I think they are perfect opposites and I really like them both 😍

I think people tend to like Shawn's because we rarely see him and we also want to be nice and encouraging, plus we see yours more often so it kind of tips the scale because we already love your art so we also want to compliment your husbando. So maybe that's way it seems that we like his more but to be fair, you can't really compare. All artists have their own style and you can like both equally. It's actually really weird when you think about it, no matter the experience or whatever the outcome tends to be different no matter what, two different people-two different resin pieces ;D

Sean uses a methodical approach to his patterns & yours is a random approach. I like yours best this time. Sean's needed more color however his did look really cool on the black background. At this point I'd add a piece of black felt to the back of Seans because it really made his colors pop.
