just bear in mind it depends where you are in your training cycle. week 4 in a 5 week block is going to offer up different levels of hrv from week 1. putting the numbers in context is vital.

Good stuff. Watching the body battery and HRV paints a pretty good picture on what your energy is going to look like. I hate looking at my daily stress! Really shows me that I need a new job or make more money 🤣

@@CoachRobbBeams well this is current job stress, but it sure does put a dent in the amount of energy that I can put into training. I use more energy at work than in a moderate paced Oly distance tri 🤣

I’ve been struggling with my hrv being unbalanced on the low end and now it’s been saying low. But my watch also says I need to recover and have been fatigued. So I can’t figure out if I’m over training or under training?
