The last decade definitely saw a boom in the genre of car-centered reality shows. Though some of them went off air almost unnoticed, others did a good job at keeping this TV niche alive, while also opening the door for shows of the same type in the future.
“Bad Chad Customs” is certainly one of those series which, despite having premiered very recently, truly surpassed expectations of what we wanted to see on our TV screens.
We'll try to answer to questions below in this video:
What is Bad Chad Customs?
Who is Bad Chad Customs cast?
What happened to Bad Chad Customs?
Who is Bad Chad Customs judges?
Is Bad Chad Customs canceled?
Where was Bad Chad Customs filmed?
Who is Bad Chad Customs host?

Chad you are amazing, Jolene you are amazing, you both have inspired me to renew my passion in building custom cars. I’ve watched you for years, and will continue too. My mom is a Canadian citizen and now lives in California. I’ve welded for over 40 years helping friends customize their hobbies. I just lost my wife to cancer, now is the time I need to stay busy. You give me the power to get up every day. Thank you !!!!

I discovered Chad only a short time ago but now I drop into his shop via video every day. I'm a retired auto refinisher/ body man and I often have Bad Chad in the background. I'm now working in Photoshop and I love the shop sounds and inputs with Chad in the background as I'm either digitally painting or at my drawing board. He does things differently from what I've been taught coming up through dealerships and that's OK, it's a welcome perspective. Growth is key to a happy life! THANKS, CHAD, I love your work. You inspire me! Canton, Ohio, USA

I like this show where ever I find it! It's old school, do thing's with what you have, know someone who might have what is needed. If buying is a plan (B), and the the only other it happens. Cool temperament nothing seems to bother this man much! Keep it up more will come. BDK

Chad did a shop tour , in it he showed all the projects whating . He explained he could shape and build it , now they were at the stage where they took deep pockets to finish just 1, let alone I think 6 in primer. They are all just rollers now . No glass , interior, brakes or drive trains. Now he's building a big new shop .

I watched an interview with Chad and a blogger a few months ago and I recall Chad saying that Discovery wanted to sign him up for a third season, but he turned them down. I think he was saying that he and Jolene would prefer to do thier own thing on KZfaq where they have control over the content.

I have seen every episode that aired on TV. And recently began watching the current videos being posted on YT. While I sometimes have a hard time understanding his accent... and sometimes don't think I would do the work quite like he does it (if I were a custom car builder...which I am not)...I do enjoy seeing how his mind works. IMHO, he is a lot like Ian Russel (sp). An "old school" customizer.

Chad has publicy said that because of the pandemic, the main show was postponed for the time being. During that time their growth on KZfaq creating their own daily 1 hour episodes started to become more of an enterprise I believe. Although he has not publicy spoken about it, my guess it the revenue generated from KZfaq and apparel sold is more than TV was paying.

@@PnwOnTour Well can you see a TV show in the sort of crap videos they are throwing together and serving up now ? You enjoy the quick cheapie paint job on an old Fiero stretched out to 10 videos of very little substance ? or the road trip to pick up an old engine ? a trip to see some rusty crappy old English Ford Consul ? What about going over to push a couple of cars around at old Jim's Give me a break Chad. This is now an exercise in seeing how many of their " fans " will keep watching as the quality of the videos drops to dismal levels and real work just isn't happening.

...to the End. I have been enthralled with the DEDICATION of this SWEET Young Couple, attention to detail, teaching and inspiring all of those who come in contact with it. Those sad souls with sad attitudes, may they choose a better one. Life is just THAT: C h o i c e s.... If you can't just BE NICE, then MOVE ON. You are welcome to spread your poison somewhere else. Jolene truly is the catalyst and completer of Chad's Dreams. From Dreams to Reality is what we see here. That alone, is SUCCESS. Money doesn't mean a lot to Chad and why should it? He isn't about "status". Status is folly. By definition: Buying (or having) things you don't really want, with money you don't really have, to impress people that you really don't like!! They don't need to impress anyone. Chad and Jolene are just Pure people with Pure Ideals. If you see benefit in this, which I certainly do, you will continue to follow.

KZfaq channel is a joke. He rarely does much work and churns out stupid videos of going on trips to pick up old cars and junk. He doesn't finish cars. He starts them and then pushes them out into the field and starts another one. Jolene says that's what people want !!! Little gets done in any case. Last week he announced " It's a big day - we're back to work on the Bugatti " Nearly 100,000 click in to see nothing at all happen on the Bugatti. They pushed it out of the shed and pushed it back in and nothing has been done on it since. These meaningless videos are now posted one after another day after day. Jolene has admitted it's all about the money now. She stated that in a video a month ago.
@Staygoldfarms

@@chasermalloy7406 that Bugatti is insane. He’s done an amazing job thus far. To move on to other projects is what he does. Not everyone is like Chad. I’m a one project kind of guy myself and as I grow I complete every job but that’s me. My thing is mostly growing food and building infrastructure though. Lol. Sold the chopped 53 Chevy to move here. One has to think that being an artist is working with many canvass. I consider Chad more of an artist than a custom car dude. Certainly subjective.
@chasermalloy7406
@chasermalloy7406 2 жыл бұрын
@@Staygoldfarms Yes, but it's been 5 years since the Bugatti was started I think ? The only good thing is that it hasn't been pushed out into the field like everything else. Did you watch the video a few days ago day... " BIG day...we're back on the Bugatti " ? So 100,000 people got excited and clicked in. NOTHING at all was done on the Bugatti and nothing has been done since. No mention or explanation of why he announced he was back on the Bugatti when he wasn't. Just thanks you - 100,000 views of a completely false video. Making money from rubbish and plain dishonesty really. Now he back loading multiple long drawn out videos of his slow motion low end repaint on a crappy old Pontiac Fiero. What about road trips to pick up an old engine or a half of an old clapped out Triumph GT6 or to look at an old English Ford Consul ? It's just complete nonsense. Is that sort of thing you describe as his " Artistry " Now I'll say it plain. It's Jolene who virtually admitted in her video a month ago that it's all about the money. She's calling the shots I believe so meaningless low quality videos they can make and load up is her idea of a business plan ? Even their devotees will eventually realize that most of the videos are just thrown together junk. It's an insult to the intelligence of the audience and it's becoming very annoying.

I used to always think about rebuilding cars and selling them but recently I caught a bug when it comes to my projects and restorations it doesn't have to be a car exactly it could be a bicycle or something but it's something that you really like after you're finished with it and it's like no it's not for sale I can't sell it and it's a shame when I was young at the age 9 or 10 I finally got my dream car which was a truck a 59 El Camino just videos of it on KZfaq you put 1959 El Camino Salinas you'll probably find it the sad truth is I started working on day one since we got it sanding the whole car getting it primered learning body work and then just stopped because financial issues my father was helping me on the way I was only in 6th grade but after so many years in 9th grade I told my dad that's it I want to start fixing it again so we brought it home from storage through a nice wet coat of paint on the dash and I started doing body work again fixing the floor pans etc I was going to go with a 454 Big block and that motor was pumped up it was on an El Camino 68 I believe or 9 or 72 not too sure but that motor was fast after my dad talked me into it we decide to pull the motor out and thrown inline 6 to be cheap on gas because the 454 big block engine and gas prices at the time I wanted to drive my car while long story we built the car within like 3 weeks I replaced the floor pans we painted it and then maybe like 6 months afterwards found a guy that does interiors got my front bench seat and headliner done and was saving money to do the door panels the car was about 98% done the paint job we decided went with was a base coat and I decided this time I'm going to go with base coat and her coat basically repaint the car and I was going to block the whole car again and make it showroom quality car show style but also I didn't have much money and I post my truck for sale on Craigslist and wouldn't you know I sold it man I really regret it if I could find the man that has that truck I would buy it off him again it sounds funny but now I came to realize I should have kept that truck that is my dream car and the best part was how solid the car was not a rust bucket yes it had a little bit of rust in the average spots it was far from pretty when I saw it but I saw the potential I saw exactly the car I wanted in it and I learned a lot on that car and then afterwards like I said building the car this was before I sold it I wanted to build a fast car so I got myself a Monte Carlos SS 1987 but my dad taught me not to change the motor because it would not pass smog I wanted to pump up the motor with street legal California parts for it to pass smog and also be quick but would cost way too much it would be cheaper just to swap the engine with something much powerful being in 87 it's not really considered a classic vehicle for pre smog one of the reasons I sold the car because I could not do much with it without being illegal and that 87 Monte Carlos I actually fixed all the dents and repainted it I got my interior done by the same guy that did my 59 El Camino the way I wanted a little custom but still looking stock it came out pretty good honestly I wouldn't mind getting in another one but hopefully one with a good engine I don't have to rebuild and spend more money I don't want to be in it too deep I'm more into the 59 El Camino if I could get another one to me it's priceless but I have to set my standards and I'm building a little Honda Cub right now and I'm like I don't not going to sell it I'll just keep it for myself and I have some stuff that I did on KZfaq that I still own right now I made a board track bike and I decided to keep it in the family my father offered to buy it for $300 which I only had in the engine and all the work I did was basically free but I was just glad that he kept it I probably could have got more and made a profit but money wasn't my big priority it was the fact that I built that bike and it was my first handmade gas tank that did not leak and I like it of course I'm not at bad Chad's level but he seems to have a little bit more money than I have and more property and a location or is better to paint and restore vehicles due to my area and stuff I just can't do it but I do it anyway as small stuff as I could right now I'm working on it 1982 Mercury Capri which I plan maybe within 3 or 4 months to paint the car why so long is because financial troubles I just don't have much money but I can paint and I can block basically three or four months will just be to get the money to buy the paint but I'm talking to some guy that does interiors down in Fresno California where I reside at right now and he's willing to teach me how to do interiors and I really want to learn he told me he would teach me how to do my seats on that Mercury Capri so I'm planning to redo the interior and do it all on my own also do a semi-restoration on that car I may do an engine swap even if it's illegal I just won't run it on the street very often because I'm not one of those Hot heads that want to race your car and get stopped by a police after he did so much support to it like I would but can't afford court fees and spending days in jail anymore done that been there I just want to enjoy my little hobby and live life

Right who wants a corporate crew hanging around all the time telling you what to do when his fiance Jolene can do it herself. I think that's basically the moral of the story. 🖕 Discovery 😁
