There is nothing stopping you going to Antarctica, there are no international guards there. Every civilian on the planet is free to fund their own adventure. Free to brave the harsh land with supplies they pay for, organise and transport. The reason why none really go there is that they cannot afford the expense of the trip. Maybe crowd fund your own trip to see for yourself. It will cost millions and many have crowd funded their own trip, but kept the money for themselves in the end. So I will not be assisting your venture with my own cash. But I wish you well.
