I have been eating a meat only carnivore diet for 5 years and in that time we have figured out how to live this lifestyle in a way that works for our family. I need easy, quick, family friendly meals that work within our grocery budget. In this video I share 3 days of meals all cooked in my kitchen. For other examples check out my What I Eat playlist.

Been keto for 5 years and I cannot heal my gut completely or lose the last bit of weight. So me and a friend are doing a 30 day challenge of eating carnivore. So far so good. I'm gleaning so much from your channel and also Dr Berry...of course =) So far I'm down 2 lbs in just 7 days!!!!!!!!! I broke my stall!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sound great, but there is no magic in going from keto to carnivore. You simple just wasn't in a calorie deficit no more. Could just up the output (activity) or lowered the intake (calories)

I slice whatever cheese I want (gouda, cheddar, pepper jack, etc) lay it out on a flat cast iron griddle, turn to medium heat and in 5 minutes it's spread all over the pan and is perfect crunchiness (for me), top it with my filling of choice - use a spatula to roll it up, plate and eat! So easy and I don't have to hunt down the cheese wraps and overpay for a slice of cheese. Also, I'd buy the wraps and then forget about them only to find them in the back of the fridge all moldy :( Love your content, I share your channel almost daily with anyone interested in eating clean. Thank you!

that is a great idea i'm gonna try it thank you . and yeah you don't have to tell me about the moldy food . before i started carnivore half the bread and vegetables and fruit i would buy would go bad before i had a chance to use them . i cut my grocery bill in half . now i will go to costco and buy several hundred dollars worth of steaks and prepare them in a sous vied . they will keep for weeks in the refrigerator in their sealed vacuum bags when i want one i'll take it out and sear it in a cast iron skillet with some butter and i'm good to go.

You can make your own egglife wraps using egg whites and a little beef gelatin. They're surprisingly easy to make. Indigo Nili's channel has a couple of recipes on this. I've made them using liquid egg whites and also using egg white powder. Both ways are good. You can add seasonings for those who can tolerate pretty well. Make them sweet or savory. It's like a crepe but a little different since you're using the gelatin to change the texture a bit and using egg whites only so they don't taste eggy. You can also cut, or use a pizza slicer, to make them into carnivore noodles. Seriously. Or cut into lasagna squares for a Carnivore style lasagna- Or fry them up crispy in your cast iron and top with salt for a crunchy snack. For those doing keto and not carnivore, you can get even more uses out of them. (I fell in love with them when doing an egg fast)- Plus, it saves money in long run to make them. Just costs a bit more initially to buy your choice of egg white liquid or powder, and the healthy beef gelatin (can use Knox in a pinch though). Hope this helps someone in their journey!

BTW, if you see this, when you get oil or butter on your clothing, any dishwashing soap rubbed in with a little water before putting it in the washing machine will take it out. Dawn does work the best. But, seriously, it has saved my clothes perfectly over the years. Just put some soap over the spot. Then put water over the spot and scrub it fairly well, 10 seconds or so and then throw it in the washing machine. If for some reason it doesn't all come out, rare...repeat as above. it will be good as new. Dawn or Joy cuts the grease!

Put dish soap and sprinkle baking soda over the oil stains on your shirt if the stains have dried. The other thing to do is as soon as the oil stain appears and while it is still wet put talcum power on it. The oil soaked up the oil and it comes out easily in the wash. This is what I do and it works every time.

corn starch and flour also works, and it's just sitting in your cupboard now. 🤣😂 Check if it is out before you throw it in the dryer. The heat somewhat sets it and is harder to get out. Some dry cleaners will get grease out if you show them the stain if you can't get it out at home.

I have been using a hand cleaner to treat laundry grease/oil spots for 25 years. GOJO Original (NOT the type with pumice). I put the GOJO on the spot before the clothing goes into the hamper. Then the GOJO has a day or two to work on the spot before laundry day. I've never had a spot that failed to go away 100% and GOJO is all fabric friendly.

At least two cancers on my face and others I have been able to treat with a chemo cream. I hope this resonates with you more than it did with me when I was warned. It can been painfully bad in your so not off future. Take heed. Back to the video🤗

As a melanoma survivor, I agree. I did very little tanning bed, maybe 20 times in my life, but I had melanoma, basal cell carcinomas (so many) and terrible age spots by age 38. I am now 65, and my skin looks scarred and spotted. I'm also a nurse, the science backs this up. I love your videos. But, Please dont advertise tanning beds, that has nothing to do with carnivore. Now back to the video!❤

Absolutely agree. I had a boyfriend who owned a tanning salon and I would tan every single day. Now I’m 36 but I have the skin of someone 46. It’s depressing. I wish I would’ve listened to wiser women about the dangers of tanning.

Hey Laura, I was in the tanning business and certified as well. If you're combining a workout/sauna and tanning in the same day, you will see much better results if you sauna first and then tan. Opening up your pores at the gym and then laying in the tanning bed will absorb the uv rays and Vitamin D so much more efficiently. UV exposure takes several hours to absorb into our bodies. I would also hold off on showering right away as well. You will see much better results. I ran the local business here in Phoenix called Tangible Tanning that used to be on 7th Street and Highland now called Tangible Wellness on 16th St & Bethany Home. 😊
