That long pause when you said the price lol. I feel like I would pay whatever it takes to get rid of the extra skin I have after my weight loss. I too have always had this belly!! It’s carried my weight all my life.

This is so so so so helpful thank you so much! Your results are so amazing! This also has me looking into getting rid of carbs now prior to my surgery. I was debating the lift recliner and now I think maybe I will get one. I love that your sweet kids were with you at your Dr appointment. Sometimes I think we leave them out of too many things when their love and help is so valuable too and can actually help us recover.

Wife and I went to the one in Baltimore. Absolutely disgusting. We'll never go back. We had dinner reservations. Every piece of meat was cold and flavorless. Every staff member had a poor attitude and treated everything as an inconvenience to their day. There wasn't a single redeeming quality to our meal. I can't think of a more overrated restaurant. Just awful.

I’ve lost 23 pounds in six weeks doing intermittent fasting… I love meat, I cut out beer, pasta and bread 🥖… but I love my fresh fruits 🍎 and veggies 🥦…. I’m curious, why cut the fruits and veggies 🥕? The weight is literally falling off me… first meal at 11 am second meal at 5pm … 16 hours a day of fasting… it’s amazing…

I've been undereating for years and am obese. Doing Ketovore for a few weeks, realizing it's hard to eat enough protein because I feel so full. It'll be easy to fast, not really hungry this week. Trying to add a little more each day. Thanks for the goal of 1g/lb ideal body weight.

Keto and carnivore do work.June 17 /2024 my a1C was 10 ,my doctor wanted to me on medication immediately but I refused; I told him I would comeback to see him in 3-6 months with reduced A1C .at first he didn’t allow me to leave his office without writing the prescription which I still have but I never went to pharmacy to fill my prescription.he started making some notes that he had ordered prescription for this patient but he refused to take and made me sign the paper and said if I sign it he would allow me to leave;I accepted and said to him I would be back.He said good luck reluctantly.I started keto diet 100%on the June 18/2023 I completely cut out all sugar ,sofa breads rice potatoes and grains and all fruits except blueberries, raspberries, strawberries and avocados.even with these keto fruits I had the portion pretty small between 50g-100 g maximum. My first visit back to the office after I was told I was severely diabetic in beginning of June/2023.the first visit I came back to see him so he would give a blood work to see where was my A1C was in December 2023 . I had blood done the next day.5 -7 days later I was called in by the doctor. I remembered that was on the Tuesday morning, I was very anxious and nervous and hoped my doctor would give me good news. At this time I was already in the room 1 waiting for the doctor;the front desk girl called me in to wait for the doctor .Doctor came in said wow’ wow wow what have you been eating did you take the medication I gave you.He said’I replied to him no no like I said I told you doctor’I then asked him is my A1C better .He said yes what an incredible drop.he told me’do you want to know what your A1C is’ I knew something good was to come out.your A1C now is at 6.2 from 10 . I could not believe it. I jumped up my chair and gave him a big hug. I thanked him and thanked him for.He said you are now still not out of the woods yet you are still prediebetic but what ever you were doing continue to do the same the next time I would no longer diabetic . I was the happiest man at that moment. I left his office and said I would be back in 6 months June 17 of 2024 this year I had my blood work done.this time I was not called in after about 2 weeks so I immediately thought this is it I thought to myself if doctor didn’t call you in that must be good; I was still very anxious.so I decided to make an appointment to see the doctor the next day. You couldn’t believe it my doctor told me my A1c now is at 5.2 from 6.3 from 5 1/2 months ago. I am a living proof here I totally reversed my diabetes in about 1 years.thanks god for giving the strength and perseverance and hard work and I thank you your utub channel and many others trying to educate people with health problems.thanks again, good luck everyone ❤you all ❤❤❤

Exactly you’re just here to try and sell something..anyone who eats bacon, hot dogs, and dairy knows nothing about nutrition or cancer prevention.

Organic fruit and meat works better for me…dairy makes it extremely difficult to lose weight…it’s designed to make living organisms like cows BIGGER….the cravings are horrible! And the standard American diet is not meat fruits and vegetables it’s processed junk.

I wish I liked Fogo. Weird to no flavors for me. I've tried to like it a couple of times, and each time, I cannot get into the food. Even the bacon is gross, but I think they flavor it with maple. I hate maple, and it's not Carnivore. 😭😭

My family thinks I'm crazy because I cut out most veggies except onions and garlic. Those don't bother me, but other vegetables wreak havoc on my gut. Who knew that from eating all these "healthy" foods, I was just keeping myself sick?! I feel so much better now. I am not much into fruit, but the other day I bought some Rainier Cherries (my fave and can only get them in summertime), had a few and they were delicious. I have no problem moderating fruit or sweets, but rice and potatoes... forget about it. Will I never eat potatoes again? Probably not, but it certainly won't be on a regular basis because I feel too good without them. Keep up your journey Laura, and thanks for the informative video. Take care!

Looking for some advice from anyone who’s willing to offer it… 😅 I am six weeks now into carnivore. The first 30 days I lost 8 pounds. I have re-introduced hot sauce in the past two weeks…. It’s the only thing I’ve missed! A little kick to my eggs. I don’t put it on any of the meat, just the eggs. I have not lost a pound since! Is it honestly hot sauce???. It’s the only flavor I have added. No seasonings no vegetables nothing. Is it normal to level out for a bit and then continue to drop? Is my body still trying to work out hormones or something? Or is it literally the hot sauce??😅

On Day 67 of the carnivore diet. I just unlocked a new level of of fasting. 😍I avoided it until now cause of how sick fasting made me in the beginning .I wasn’t ready. I’m glad I’m taking my time with this. Just started OMAD without even noticing. I just wasn’t hungry. I could cry. Haha. The scales finally moving again. This was so helpful and the advice was spot on! Thank you!
