I was weight training then trained for a marathon in under a year. At the beginning and middle my knees would take turns hurting so I got a knee brace that I only used when I wasn't running (if my knee started hurting). I didn't run with it because I wanted my knee to get used to the movement and gain strength. I also got a massage gun and watched videos on how to properly use it around my knee. Then I would search you tube for runner stretches and warm ups. This all helped that the last third of my training I didn't have many problems. The main thing is if it hurts stop and try again tomorrow.

Your knees are likely bothering you because you’re running on concrete😓 it basically wears down the connective tissue that supports your knees. If you wanna run outside try to find a track with asphalt or find grass/dirt trails. Hope this helps

Love your channel so much! What is your workout split? Wondering how often do you train legs/arms a week? How many rest days etc..

Sometimes you get knee pain when you run if your pronate your feet. If you can go to a running store, they can look at how you walk/run and suggest the right running shoes to help. I did that and I needed stability shoes because I pronate and they suggested which ones would work best for me. That really helped.Good luck

Hi quick question, how tall are you??? I noticed u are using the BC hip thruster bench in small but u put something under it to make it taller or is it to have it at angle? Im gonna get one of those benches but dont know what size would be best. Im 5'2. Your input in regards to the height would be greatly appreciated! 🥰

Hey girl I’m 5’2 as well and wish I would have went with the larger one. I have to adjust it to make it the correct height for me. Hope this helps 💕

Your hips are probably tight which is causing the knee pain, you should try to stretch them out after weight training by doing stretches, yoga or using a massage gun can be helpful :)
