WHAT I EAT IN FRANCE on Working Days | FRENCH DIET | Cooking a southern french dish

Disclaimer : I don't claim to show what all French people eat. It's just what I do and work for me.
Poulet basquaise recipe:
Chicken thighs
Diced tomatoes (small can)
Herbs (thyme, bay leaves, oregano, rosemary)
White wine (1 small glass)
Chili
Bell Peppers
1 or 2 Onions
Brown the chicken and then add the veggies, herbs, chili and wine and 2 glasses of water. Let simmer 30 to 40 minutes. Afterwards set aside the sauce and roast the chicken 30 minutes in the oven until it's crispy.

Ah, thank you for posting this. Currently we are having a horrible heatwave in Cyprus, it's almost impossible to cook. We eat only light meals that don't need much work: watermelon with feta or haloumi, sandwiches, pasta, quickly cooked sausages, maybe an omellete, tons of ice cream or yogurt with frozen fruit to cool us down. It's horrible. I can't wait to cook and eat a proper meal..😂 everything you made looks amazing .😍

The chicken and steak meals looked delicious😋, i have cottage cheese regularly and sometimes stir some rose harrisa in to it, to have with grilled meat. Love comte cheese! and of course the high cocoa solids dark chocolate, lovely with a coffee or glass of red wine. Thank you.🙋‍♂️

Hello. Thanks for watching ☺️ the French finish their meal with yogurt or fruit. regarding chocolate I know quite a few people who eat a piece of chocolate with coffee after lunch. When I was a kid I had a piece of chocolate with a slice of bread for my after school snack. Have a nice day

Merci, ça me fait plaisir que ça vous plaise ! Pour le cottage cheese je viens juste de voir une vidéo sur Instagram avec une variation. La personne ajoutait deux œufs et mixait dans un robot. Ensuite elle étalait puis faisait cuire à 180° celsius pendant 30 minutes. Le résultat avait l'air très bon. Je vais essayer cette recette. Bonne soirée et merci d'avoir regardé ma vidéo !

I also like to make the cottage cheese "bread." Helps to add some additional protien to my diet. Great idea to serve along side a cold lunch 👍

Hello, I've just spotted on instagram the same recipe but with two eggs added. it's blended in a food processor, then spread out and baked the same way (30 minutes / 200 ° Celcius). It looks very good. I'm going to try. Thanks for watching. Have a nice evening!

Hello. Yes you're right 😉 when I don't have fresh fruit I eat that. I think it's not a great choice but they taste good. Real fruit will always be more healthy. Have a nice day
