What if Palpy got roasted when he tried to recover Anakin. Remember that when Anakin landed on the shores of the lava river, a few seconds later his clothes caught on fire. So when Palpy went to check on Anakin's condition, his robes caught on fire too and since he had a lot more clothing on him, he burned much stronger&accidentally tripped losing his balance and then rolling around the ground until he ended up rolling into the river of lava.

I could see in this Ahsoka going with Anakin and helping him raise Luke and Leia.

My only change is that Ahsoka went with Anakin at the end, and was a wonderful wife for him, and mother to Leia and Luke. 1) She and Anakin already have feelings for each other 2) the age gap is only 5 years, same as between Anakin and Padme. 3) Both Ahsoka and Anakin want nothing more to do with the Jedi. 4) Ahsoka has a heart of gold, and would be great raising Luke and Leia. 5) How safe would those kids be with Ahsoka AND Anakin watching over them?!

I was thinking he would rage and turn back to the dark when he hears that Padme is dead. In that enraged state he could kill any of the remaining Jedi present with him except maybe Yoda. Similar to his fury giving him a massive power boost when fighting Tyranus in the RoTS novelization. Like Gohan in dragon ball.

Anakin's new suit will be much better now hearing Palpatine deliberately intentionally used bad material to cause constant pain and agony and will be really weak again electricity ⚡ with weak materials and using outdated medical droid knowledge. Also hearing Obi wan didn't kill him wanting the Force to decide his fate in that cross roads because he's not a killer so he'll probably help Ahsoka being the one to save him very likely through the Force's Will. And Ahsoka wouldn't cut corners like that one Anakin and she knows a couple tech pros that could probably help too

What if anikan stayed in the naboo star fighter and didn't fly off

In this time line, obviously all Jedi can return to Corusant but from what I remember cal kestis was basically stranded on a planet without a way to go back so I think he would turn to the dark side and become a super strong sith

the grand inquisitor acompanying sidious makes sense but the other two it feels a bit too early in the timeline for them to be involved yet.

I think the main thing that held Vader back wasn't the lost of organic parts of his body it was mainly the trauma he never overcame the Midichlorians count was in units per cell, not the whole body. Which is why Grandmaster Yoda was so powerful despite his small statue. If Anakin had been redeemed and overcome his trauma, even with the suit, he would still have been able to reach his potential in the force, except maybe force lightning as it would fry his suit.

Did anyone besides Palpatine actually have the means or equipment to save Anakin after his injuries in that fight? 🤔
