Didnt you say Colorado was the face of college football--while they lost 2/3 of their games ???? If CC had won an NCAA title, your narrative would be, "That's college No one cares. Let's see her win in the WNBA". I have literally seen blk people make that argument before, right here on YT, to denigrate BOTH blk and wht players accomplishments. IN FACT, BLKS HAVE USED IT TO UNDERMINE KAREEM IN THE GOAT DEBATE. Since he has 3 NCAA titles...and MJ only has one...college doesn't "matter". But when it comes time to undermine Caitlin, suddenly an NCAA title is the ultimate barometer. You have also undermined Kareem's ABA titles--claiming it was a sort of "fake" league. Diluted. Just like you do with Bill Russell when your "number of rings" argument is tested and you wanna prop up MJ. "HE PLAYED IN A PLUMBERS LEAGUE" you say. But NOWWWWW.....to undermine Caitlin, you wanna claim someone else has th points record--who played in community college--in D2 basketball. Just stop. It is literally child care with you people.

AJA MOST VIEWED GAME: 889,000 VIEWERS CAITLIN MOST VIEWED GAME: 18.9 MILLION I know math is probably foreign to you, but that is a HUGE chasm (that means divide---sorry, that means GAP).....between the two. No female, blk, wht or purple in the WNBA has EVER put up the TV numbers Caitlin has. Heck, she filled a football stadium with 55,450 fans. A lot of NBA teams could not even do that. That is called MARKETABILITY. Not racism. Not privilege. MARKETABILITY. Caitlin has it. Your players DO NOT. It is her SKILLS, not her skin color that has created this buzz. NBA legends have even take notice. The entire world has. Caitlin is GLOBAL. She has a worldwide fan base. And it is not because NIKE gave her 20 commercials. It is because people began watching her hoop and word spread like wildfire. She isn't kneeling for the anthem or posting hyper-sexualized Tik Tok videos or Instagram pics. She isn't engaging the ignorant racists and haters. She just plays ball--AMAZINGLY! And her NIKE shoe will also break records in sales--as did her jersey. Stop crying and go out and buy an AJA WILSON jersey. Otherwise, just sit down and be quiet. The incessant crying from blks on a daily basis, all day, every day, is nauseating. In one breath, you say you're all kings and queens. In the next breath, you say you're peasants. I think you're just toddlers.

The WNBA has been around since 1997. I haven't seen content creators such as Black Magic celebrate Candice Parker, Lisa Leslie, or examine why the WNBA MAKES no money. Yet. when somebody like CC rolls around, the discourse in many circles boils down to race. Clark plays with flare & style. Is race part of the picture? Yes. The WNBA's playing style & pace of play is boring as fuck. Yet the discourse in many circles boils down to race. Clark plays with flare & style. Is race part of the picture? Yes. The league only exists because the NBA pumps money into it. Women don't watch the product because it has failed to capture the imagination of young fans. Yet. folks only look through this issue through the prism of race. That is intellectually dishonest. Why don't you & people with your mindset support & promote the league instead of worrying about those who don't?

Absolutely not true -- perhaps you should get your facts correct before you put out such strong, incorrect, obviously biased and racist opinions (you called a 2 time National Player of the Year mediocre -- enough said). I have seen Pistol Pete ranked in the top 5 (one as high as second) in polls of the greatest college basketball players ever -- you might not agree with it -- but that puts him in the conversation. Larry Bird, Ralph Sampson, Wilt Chamberlain, Oscar Robertson, Elvin Hayes, Jerry West, Mark Aguirre, Kevin Durant, and Blake Griffin all never won a NCAA championship. The following players never even made it to the final four: Tim Duncan, Wayman Tisdale, David Robinson, Glenn Robinson, Lionel Simmons, Shaquille O'Neal, Len Bias, Zion Williamson, Austin Carr, and Hank Gathers. All of them are in the conversation (obviously some more than others) for greatest college basketball players ever. True, none are "The GOAT" because of Lew Alcindor/Kareem Abdul-Jabber, but that's not what you argued. And Clark took only 40% of the team's shots, not 80% -- you sound like Sheryl Swoopes all over again and we all know how awful she came across. Clark could have gone to a top tier women’s college basketball program and likely assured herself titles but she chose Iowa for personal reasons. If she had led a stacked South Carolina team (who she led Iowa to an upset over) to 4 titles would that magically make her a better player? Of course not, only more accomplished teamwise. Clark, who admirably chose to stay close to home and bring a mediocre basketball program to prominence. And she has done so with flying colors and has had more of an impact on their success than any in women’s college basketball history. This was more difficult than leading a stacked team to titles. No women player in women's college basketball history would have dragged these mediocre Iowa teams (no disrespect meant to her fine and likable teammates) to the NCAA finals 2 years in a row. Only Cheryl Miller would have even come close in my opinion. No player in history elevates her teammate's level of play to the degree that Clark does and it's not even close. No player in history has had more of an impact on the outcome of a game than Clark. No player in history has been more clutch than Clark. And no player has elevated her game in big games more often than Clark. She is the greatest scorer in women’s college basketball history and the greatest passer in women’s basketball history - college or pro. Her 3’s and especially her logo 3’s bring in a new dimension of greatness since they open up the court for her teammates and demoralize her opponents as the crowd goes crazy shifting the all important momentum to her team. And she is a great ball handler and her teammates love playing with her. She is the best and most exciting women's college basketball player of all time (the latter by a large margin). The key to her appeal is that she has Michael Jordan's ultra-competitive assassin's brain -- that's why watch -- and not because she is white. She won't go down as the most accomplished women player of all time, but in the last two years she has played at a higher level than any women in collegiate basketball history. And she also regularly sells out wherever she plays - unheard of in women’s basketball at any level. Clark is a once in a generation player and I believe that she will end being (barring injury) the best women basketball player ever once her career is done. She is also an excellent rebounder for a guard (7.1 per game) and a solid defender (6.7 defensive rebounds, 1.5 steals, .5 blocks). At the heart of this discussion regarding Clark is championships or lack thereof. Too much emphasis is put on championships in team sports in my opinion. Trying to judge the GOAT (or trying to rate a top 25-50 player) of the best NBA player of time? Yes, fair game. The best NFL quarterbacks of all time? Yes, but to a lesser degree since their playoffs are single elimination (more luck) and quarterbacks don’t play defense. With a 13-20 year career the GOAT should be able to drag their team at least once in their career to a title if they are truly the best. With rare exceptions this seems fair to people (example: Archie Manning while not good enough individually to be considered the GOAT he had no chance to win a Super Bowl even if he was because his teams were so bad. Even Tom Brady would not have won with those teams.) Hockey fans may argue for a NHL goalie because as a hot, great goalie can have a huge impact on games. Fine. But other than that, it seems extremely unfair in almost all team sports discussions (played in the US) to put a lot of emphasis on titles. Players can’t pick their teammates (except for LeBron James and Kevin Durant lol), and in college their careers are only 3-4 years long (only one year recently in basketball) and they play in single elimination tournaments that again add the element of luck. In the NBA the playoffs are best of 7 games so there is less luck involved in determining the best team that year and their careers are much longer than college athletes. Two major differences, yet people shout the ring argument like the situation is the same in college and put the same emphasis on championships when arguing the GOAT. This is illogical, ignorant, silly, and unfair. If I could say this any stronger without resorting to name calling I would. You have concluded that Clark's popularity is 90% because she is white and 10% because she can play basketball with absolutely no facts to back it up. Well actually you inferred it’s 100% because she is white and 0% because she can play basketball when you said at the end of the video that she is mediocre. A 2-time national player of the year, mediocre. Got it. Actually, her popularity is closer to 90% because of her level of greatness and how exciting she is to watch and about 10% because she is white. While I'm white, I could give a crap whether Clark is white or not. Almost all my favorite athletes are black and before Clark came around I thought that the 2 best women college basketball players of all time were Cheryl Miller and Candace Parker (who are the last time I checked are both black) and not Breanna Stewart (white) or the overrated Diana Taurasi (Argentinian and Italian). I mention the last 2 because they are often mentioned in the GOAT discussion because they won championships (with super stacked Connecticut teams). To show how insane it is that Taurasi can be considered the GOAT while Clark CAN'T EVEN BE IN THE DISCUSSION, let's compare their college stats. Statistically not even close. Taurais had only one Player of the Year and only one Wade Trophy (Clark had two each) You want to talk about defense? OK, Clark was better in 2 out 3 defensive categories: Steals 1.5 to 1.2 for Taurasi; defensive rebounds 6.7 to only 4.1 for Taurasi; Taurasi led in blocks 1.0 to .5 for Clark. Offensively not even close: Clark advantages: Pts: 28.4 - 15.0; Ast: 8.2 - 4.5; TRB: 7.1 - 4.5 (I was surprised by the huge differences); A/to ratio: 1.8 to 1.6; 3pt%: .392 - .377, ft%: .858 - 817. Advantage Taurasi: TO 2.8 - 4.6; fg% .469 - .463 2pt%: .553 -.547 (last 2 almost even). And Clark's shooting % and TO would be better if she played on stacked teams and didn't have to carry the whole team. Eye tests and making their teammates better is not close either (we are talking Taurasi in college). In fairness to Taurasi she would have scored more if she played with less talent but not that much more. And with all that talent that she played with she should have had more assists. (By the way if females are over the age of 18 they are referred to as young women not girls.) On the positive side -- you do have a good sounding voice -- too bad nothing intelligent, accurate, or well thought out came out of it in this video. (Maybe in other videos you are insightful -- I don't know since this is the first one of yours that I've heard.) You really need to rethink this position -- you've been listening to ignorant Clark haters too much.

LOL. You obviously know nothing about sports and less about basketball. And I'm not scared to say that. She will tear up the WNBA, win multiple MVPS and Championships and if her defense improves like I think it will, she will go down as the GOAT of women's basketball. Save, this quote and free free to come back to me.
