I avoided watching this because I feared exactly what you described in this video. Glad to see my decision validated. Though you didn't entirely make the point, I do agree that if the show was more like Star Wars visions where individual directors were just let loose to do whatever they want, the show would probably be a lot more notable. On that note, I'd be interested in a full Star Wars Visions video from you because I loved that show and it's the first piece of Star Wars media I have liked in a long time. Made me excited about Star Wars again.

The animation reminds me of that late 2000’s CGI Iron Man show. Or the Spidey MTV show.

Marvel humor: the kind of humor that I enjoy, but feel secretly guilty for laughing at. Somehow it feels like they missed even that in most of these :/

The best thing they could have done for the zombie episode would have been made Thanos the protagonist and restore life to the universe- but what’s the point of Spider-Man in the zombie episode without making him the marquee zombie??

I completely agree, I only watched the zombie episode, and that was because I was intrigued by everything they could do with that premise. Unfortunately they did absolutely nothing. The characters felt like parodies of themselves. My god, it sucked. It really did.
