Does it really have to be 50 miles because according to my Apple Watch app my 100k steps was 45.42 miles and I also had different steps apps that said the same thing

In a couple of weeks my husband and I are walking from London to Brighton in one hit, it took us 21 hours last time, the mental strength kicks halfway, don’t give up, one foot in front of the other. We haven’t trained as much this time,but feeling confident we can do it in good time. Well done for your achievement x

Walking is the best thing for weight loss. I used to do 40k steps every day and the closest I could get to 100k steps was 80k
@OttoTriesFitness11 ай бұрын
Jesus, 40k a day is insane! I barely got through 20k a day for a month. Good on you 👏

Dude congratulations! It's been months and I've done a lot of challenges but I don't think anything can compare to the final hour on that treadmill. Straight up felt like broken glass in my shoes lol

So proud of you Otto, you are an inspiration to so many son. Yeah, it’s always been in you, just needed to find the confidence to believe in yourself. This path you are on is going to help many who thought they couldn’t change their life, health and the way they think! The book you wrote explains it easy, step by step so one won’t be discouraged and give up which is what happens so many times when people “diet”. I suggest everyone wanting to “edit their diet” once and for all with NO more up and down roller coaster weight numbers so you can have a healthier, happy, longer life get Otto’s book. He didn’t write it to get rich, he genuinely wants to help everyone he can and show you don’t have to starve to lose weight.

I walked 64,500 in a day. But thats because I limited myself on time. I only woke up at 430 am to start. If I woke up at midnight & kept walking for 24 hours straight I would. I want to push myself to the limit because I wanna feel something

Congrats! I do 30-32,000 steps each day and I run marathons but walking is quite hard! I definitely want to try this challenge 👍
@OttoTriesFitness5 ай бұрын
Wow that's a lot daily, is it from work or running training mostly?
@LadyRabiaAbdulHakim5 ай бұрын
Mostly from running but I use walking to make my feet & legs strong. Btw I’m 51 yrs old! Most people don’t realise how hard walking is and how it strengthens the body and can be used as “time on feet” training for marathoners. Stay blessed 🙏🏽

Well done. I did 58 000 steps one day this year. I walked nonstop without a break though, only sat down twice for 5 minutes to put some lube on my feet.
