Tigernuts are good for Us Men :) It increases our testosterone. In Ghana we make a pudding with it, It's called Atadwe milk , I'm sure you can find the recipe on here on how to make it. it's tastes really good , I love it .

I drink Tiger nut milk regularly. The taste is similar to Coconuts just like the lady has said. To make it in to a drink, you soak a little nuts in water to soften for a couple of hours. Then you put the nuts in a blender like one part nuts to 10 -15 part water. Add Ice cubes to drink it chilled immediately and dates for sweetness or natural honey, you can even add ginger. Blend until smooth for about one minute. Now for the important bit is pour the contents into a sieve or a cloth with fine holes and squeeze out the liquid in to a bowl. Throw away the residuum as it very gritty. There you have it Tiger nut milk. One of the biggest benefits not mentioned is that it is an Aphrodisiac. This is well known in parts of Africa. Eaten raw or juiced.

Tiger nuts were a staple food alongside emmer wheat and barley in the diet of the Ancient Egyptians. They would boil it like potatoes, mash it and mix it with flour for bread and cakes, and in a drink.

Bought this in Sainsbury’s UK last week and it tastes nutty but sweet and weirdly chewy, the first bite your expecting it to be a nut and it threw me I put it down for a week but now I’m enjoying them. I can see why you said dried fruit but it’s harder than a dried fruit it’s pleasantly weird loool well worth trying 😊
