This is the mikveh I went to for my conversion! The water was so warm. I can’t describe the feeling. I dunked myself three times. 1st time I thought about my past and what brought me to this moment. The 2nd time I thought of the present moment. The third time I thought of the person that I want to be in the future. It was the most meaningful spiritual moment of my life.

I love how seriously the Hebrew community takes theie relationship with God and the love for him. I think there is so much to learn from this in my own walk with the almighty creator of heaven and earth. I love our father so much. I want to know so much more. I want to love him and honor him with my life. Thank you for sharing!

Beautiful. I went when I converted and LOVED the experience. I thought it would be odd someone watching me dunk but it was fine. I started crying once I was given alone time in the mikveh. I really appreciate your channel . I grew up traditional , hebrew school, holidays etc . I never appreciated it as a kid .( i'm in my mid 20s) . A few years ago i lived with a religious jewish woman briefly and started to appreciate the beauty of my culture . I then ended up going on birthright and living in Israel for around 8 months and fell in love with it . Since being back in the U.S ive felt a bit disconnected from judaism and miss having a jewish community close to me. Your videos are incredibley comforting for me . Your warm presence , your calming voice , your knowledge on judaism and also the comfort you bring me of remembering the traditions . Honestly it feels like home watching your videos . Thank you for starting a jewish channel and continuously making such beautiful, positively impactful . content :)

I think this is such a cool video to share. I think there are always certain preconceptions about different religions and what they mean and the more information we can share the more we can let go of any barriers that may cause hostility. Where there is unknown there is fear, where there is fear there is prejudice. I hope you have a healthy family and abundant blessings.

They are (maybe done) remodeling the one at AJU now. The Mikveh ladys are super nice and will let you see if you call ahead and no one is using.

Thank you for sharing your experience at the mikvah. Had recently went myself to finalize my conversion. Did realize that the mikvahs could be that different, yet still maintain the key similarities. The one I went to did have multiple towels and crocs available, so didn't need to bring my own.

I took my adopted daughter to the mikvah. As a Jewish woman I had never been but I had heard of it. It was an interesting experience.

Thank you so much! You might find it rejuvenating to have a spiritual mindset when swimming in a natural body of water and sort of achieve the same thing.

I am not a Jewish woman; but I thought this is just a beautiful tradition. You're such a sweet young woman. May God bless you, your baby (maybe an Olympic Swimmer or a child who will really enjoy baths?) and your whole family with health and happiness.
