Holy smokes! I’ve finally found a light, strong, and fireproof material with promise for retrofitting my California home against wildfires! I’ve been looking at fiber cement but it still transfers heat - foamcrete sounds amazing!

I worked for a company is southeast Michigan that pumped this lightweight concrete. This stuff has been around a long time. We used a product called E____________ to make the foam we injected into concrete. This was mixed into a nine sack grout mix in a concrete truck. We then used piston pumps to pump it through two inch hoses. It was poured on plywood at one and a half inches thick. After it set up it was troweled. This was a floor underlayment intended to be covered with a floor good. The purpose of it was for sound proofing and fire protection on second and third floors of apartments and condos and other types of buildings.

QUESTIONS: 1. If you were to build the same shed how long would it take you now, vs. the first time? 2. What is the price difference vs conventional construction? 3. What is the life span of the air Crete vs conventional construction? 4. Is the air Crete strong enough to build 2, 3, 4, stories? Great video, keep up the good work. Thanks in advance.

I’ve been watching you throughout your development cycle, and have been impressed at your determination to make it work. I am a retired Mechanical Engineer from the high tech field, and your iterative process has been right on target. I ‘have plethora of project I could use Air Crete for and because I have a very fragile back, this has given me new hope of accomplishing things I’ve not been able to consider before. Watched one video and hit that subscribe button right away. First, The love and admiration you have for your wife just radiates and I can see on her face the love she has for you. Second, this video is just what I needed as an introduction to Air crete. It was very informative and very useful that you showed all the different and marvelous properties of Air crete. Once the properties are understood this helps spur the imagination for other uses. For now, I have one particular use in mind and I feel certain Air crete will serve this use well. *THANKS!*
