Currently have this for 13 months now. Constant pressure. Tongue is numb , no taste or smell cheeks swollen appearance has changed . Fatigue , anxiety and now depression. I've had sciatica in the past I'd take that back in a second over this. Unfortunately live in the UK and our health service is terrible .

the biggest problem i have is that i am unable to breath when i wake up..the nosal passage feels tight that gives me anxiety and stress...or may be its a vice versa process...i feel like there is some glue thing at the tip of my end of tongue which is supposed to stop air flow from going upwards while talking...i have been having this issue since 2016 and still i am suffering...i feel better when i brush my teeth or use some nasal decongestant as it gives me a fresh feeling and opens my nasal passage...that improves my hearing and speaking

Same. A few years ago in my mid 30s I just woke up with a really stuffy nose. Thought it would go away but here I am 5 years later with terrible breathing through the nose. Smell has actually been something I've lost in my 20s so must be something I developed early on. Now I'm trying to eat the right foods and avoid sugars. Some days I can breathe much better but other days it's still very tough.

I had a massive anthranal polyp which was removed 5 months ago and now my ENT DR has found another polyp already! I can’t use steroid spray as I’ve got a condition we’re my left nostril is dry all the time.
