In this video I have explained:- What is Document splitting in SAP FICO or S/4HANA Finance? Why we require it? What can be some real-time scenarios for document splitting?
Document Splitting is a small tool in the General Ledger functionalities.
It is usually required, when a company wants advanced level reporting and split the documents carrying a business transaction.
Such as Customer invoice, vendor invoice, expense entry etc.
Here we want top split document as per customized requirements, such as as per profit center, business area, segments etc.
