Great discussion, Keith is by far one of the pillars of the IDA. If you’re not a member of the IDA and your a detailer, you’re missing out on something great.

Mr. Lacroix it's always an honor to see a comment from you in one of the many detailing channels I follow as I'm a huge supporter in all you've done an continue to do for our respective profession. It be an honor to shake your hand one day, but please feel free to be on the lookout for my own KZfaq channel coming soon within the next 3 weeks roughly. Also I've just expanded my business, (Tim's Pro Auto Spa & Mobile Detailing LLC), here in the great state of Florida an am highly anticipating opening up especially in these times as I feel our contribution could absolutely make a difference in the flattening the curve more against this nasty bug that's invading our communities. Of course that's my opinion an mine only, but I plan on voicing myself tomorrow at the IDA event about our current crisis. Either way please stay safe an take sanitary precautions always, nothing but BIG respect from another fellow detailer.🔝🇺🇸👊🏽

This is extremely inspirational. I am roughly 60 days from my military retirement. Ive gone through all of the proper channels to create my detailing business. I can not wait to see where this venture takes me!

It amazes me how so many people in the detail industry are ex military. It is probably the attention to detail, never give up attitude that the many transferable military skills can be utilized in setting up a business.

portland is nice but Dallas is amazing, I loved my time there for two weeks in 2013. Bud Abraham I have spoken with a few times and sure he'd love to sell you a product but the man knows how to be efficient and setup great shops with four bays, the mat washers, chemical dispensing tanks etc. Some said to me in the past that the association is a money making scheme but it is the only way to move forward and see a truly united global industry and a far higher standard plus a better public appreciation of the industry.
